After waiting for him to patiently walk someone through setting up 2-factor authentication over the phone, I was advised to purchase new cable instead. $10 later, everything works fine.This guy is integrity all the way down.Could you go to a national chain and, depending upon the model, maybe get it done for slightly less? Sure. But in my experience, Tech Heroes let Ben Franklin walk out the door because it was the right thing to do. I plan to go back and will advise friends and family to do the same.”
