“I worked through Samsung Care to schedule a fix for my Galaxy S21 broken screen. I had to go to this location and scheduled it for 6pm to bring in thinking it'd be a fast fix. Unfortunately, when I got there, I was informed that the repair would take 2 hours and that they're closing at 7pm so it wouldn't be done until midday the following day. I called at lunch time and they were about done. I ended up coming in later and they had it all fixed. Great company to help me with my issue. Thank you!”

I was in the market to change phones, and the employees here were very helpful and courteous throughout a somewhat drawn out process (none of it their fault, long story). An employee named Zack was particularly helpful. Over the years I've gone here I've been continually and delightfully surprised by the general manner of the employees - little to no pressuring, trying to find the best fit for me, looking for ways to save me money, etc. Maybe it's just the poor quality of my experiences at other cell phone stores in the past that make this place stand out. At the time, Samsung was just about to begin the Pre-ordering phase of their new s24, so because of the odd situation, he even offered me a loaner phone for a few weeks while I decided what to do. Thanks to his assistance and patience, I was very happy with my decision to get the new s24 during their Pre-order phase, rather than purchase an older phone or buy a loaner phone for a few weeks elsewhere.
