A&E Aircraft Engines

Do not bring your plane here. Bob is not to be trusted with your repairs. Super sketchy, constant lies, constant missed deadlines. Brought an engine to him for an AD compliance check and now after collecting the pieces of my engine 8 months later I am going to have to complete a complete overhaul because I cannot trust any work that he did complete. Bob also had his A&P & IA certifications pulled by the FAA and after talking to the NTX FSDO I have found out that due to his poor work he has caused 5 aircraft crashes because of improper work. A sub $1000 inspection is now costing me over $25k in repairs. STAY AWAY from A&E Aircraft Engines. The place looks like a scrap yard, constant story changes, tried to install used parts when he was paid for new, unable to say how much I urge anyone looking at this place to stay away. Wish I could give a negative star rating.

Complied with what I asked for? Engine came in for an AD check due to previous owners log books, you stated that none of the 6 applicable AD's had been complied with, stated that I had severe cam spalling. Asked me to send you a check for new parts, I stated that if you had to tear down the motor and split the case I wanted to replace with all new parts, new cam, new bearings, new rings, new oil pump and I sent you a check for the amount that you requested. You never completed anything, most of the time avoided calls, kept missing deadlines, etc. 8 months later I am picking up a partially assembled motor that I paid you to order new parts, you stated you used used non-yellow tags parts on the motor and I only found this out when we asked for documentation on the parts that you supposedly installed. Your excuse was you had overhead and didn't have money for the new parts, what the hell did I send you money for then? You split the case for no reason because what you ended up supposedly needing to address was in the accessory case and not in the main case at all. When I flew out there to see what was actually going on with my motor you told me and Lex that the cam was fine and all the AD's but the oil pump were previously addressed. We asked you for a list of items that you addressed and checked and you could not tell us. I picked up a partially assembled motor and I am now going to have to complete a complete overhaul. A simple AD check that was supposed to cost maybe a grand is going to cost me $20k in parts and inspections alone now without any labor. I brought you a perfectly running engine in June and I got back a pile of parts and torn up engine shrouds. You shouldn't be in business, get out before you get someone killed and I along with the other guys you have screwed over (yes, we have found many of each other in the last few weeks) are trying to get this accomplished.

Unprofessional. I contacted this shop because I was minutes away and I couldn’t make it to the shop. They said they will come to me and asked me to text them the address. He text me back stating he will come after he eats his breakfast. He never showed up and when I asked was he still coming he just read my message and didn’t respond. I wasted an hour in an unsafe area when I could have called someone else to help me. You could have said no I can’t help you. I will skip this shop next time.

i ordered wheels on ebay ,The wheels look amazing. The wheels came pre- programmed for my tire pressure monitor system on my truck. The tires where mounted clean and blemish free, very impressed. We did have a small hiccup with one wheel, but it was handle and fixed. Overall, my order was clean and the offset fitment was just perfect. It all turned out just like I imagined. Need wheels for your ride and shopping around? Then your research should stop here. Call these guys and have them handle your upgrade. ???

Since at least 15 years, BP started its plan to undermine, de rate, harass the engineering company employees forcing to downgrade the salaries of Seniors with great technical & field experience and skills because wanted to increase its company profits, even do the salaries forced reductions where less than pennies for the company but they had a macro-undermined plan for USA citizens employees.

Upper Management was advised to do not do that because ethics violations of harrasment, discrimination and None Equal treat for USA people, but they did not care as it was approved at the top level of BP stakeholders.

This practice became normal adding the cancellation of contracts for local USA citizens employees which were replaced by thousands thousands of Indi@ and China, plus the outsourcing of contractors in Indi@, China, Malasia, for USA projects covering Operations, Maintenance, procurement, IT and documentation support.

It is not a recommended place to work.
Its values are listed and advertised a lot, but not followed in reality AT ALL, double agenda, hiring osome local USA citizens but huge hiring and growing it’s investments in research centers outside USA for the FULL extraction and benefits of USA RESOURCES!!!
