At the time, Samsung was just about to begin the Pre-ordering phase of their new s24, so because of the odd situation, he even offered me a loaner phone for a few weeks while I decided what to do. Thanks to his assistance and patience, I was very happy with my decision to get the new s24 during their Pre-order phase, rather than purchase an older phone or buy a loaner phone for a few weeks elsewhere. “These folks are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We've had home service from them for over a year with very few problems. I work in a related field so pressed a number of technical points that were probably annoying from a provider perspective. Regardless, they have been wonderfully polite and responsive to every question and request I've had, fulfilling many with a (virtual) smile. Even when they couldn't give me the answer I wanted, they did a great job explaining why and usually how we might be able to do it in the future.We also engaged Four Lakes Broadband as a potential provider for a business site in the Madison area. They sent out technicians multiple times to investigate and ultimately determined they would be unable to serve the site well. While disappointed at the inability to get service, I was impressed with how forthright and transparent they were throughout the process. I feel there are plenty of other providers that might have tried to force a bad solution.When I have had an issue, usually after hours, I've left a message with their service and, despite saying that it wasn't a rush, had someone call back in less than 30 minutes. They always take the report seriously and start looking for where the problem might be within their system. In only one case was it something within their control, and it was fixed within a day.These folks are class acts. No regrets at all.-Brian”

I was in the market to change phones, and the employees here were very helpful and courteous throughout a somewhat drawn out process (none of it their fault, long story). An employee named Zack was particularly helpful. Over the years I've gone here I've been continually and delightfully surprised by the general manner of the employees - little to no pressuring, trying to find the best fit for me, looking for ways to save me money, etc. Maybe it's just the poor quality of my experiences at other cell phone stores in the past that make this place stand out. “After Spectrum didn't follow through on my fiber internet installation, I reached out to UpNet Wisconsin and have been completely satisfied -- even happy -- with the prompt and courteous customer service, pricing options, and internet speed. “Unfortunately, by saying that THIS location is by far and above the best brick & mortar, the T-Mobile location isn't truly saying very much. Why, because EVERY SINGLE other T-Mobile store that I have been to in the past couple of years in the Madison, WI area and Champaign, IL area (7 stores in all) has either flat out LIED & misled my family or myself, that I had sworn to never enter another one ever again! I believe the gentleman that assisted me was Charles... a really knowledgeable T-Mobile agent/employee (his co-worker was helpful as well) totally blew me away by having actually educated himself on the many different products that T-Mobile carries.I'm so used to the people in these stores, from my past experiences, they have only known about iPhone products. Not one person I've asked for assistance with what they conned my elderly mother into picking that piece of garbage Pixel 6 phone had the slightest bit of knowledge on the issues that she has been enduring! No one knows anything about it... I even tried several Best Buy locations looking for assistance for her and that idiotic phone. I initially thought that it could be similar to my Galaxy... but no, it's not similar at all.Thank you, Charles!!! Keep up the great job!!! As well as your buddy, sorry I didn't catch his name... he does have a well trimmed beard. That's all I recall about him, though... he warned me about trying to use a charging base that I was thinking of getting from Amazon that could potentially cause my phone to be damaged at the least, or very possibly permanently damaged my battery or blown it up by trying to charge it too fast! “Bought a phone at Best Buy. After purchasing, the dude at BB said that they can't activate it. I had to go to T-Mobile store. Took phone in, and the person (sorry, I only remember it started with a K) was very helpful. Even though he didn't sell us the phone. Gave us options and advice. Probably the easiest phone upgrade ever in the 20+ years of being a Sprint/T-Mobile customer. The only thing that could have made the experience better is if they could somehow match the price from BB, or even come closer than they had, or without the sleight-of-hand where you trade in your phone, but it's not a price reduction, it's more of a credit over time.”

“We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”
