“Travis from the support team was super helpful! There is nothing more frustrating that not having internet set up after a move. You want to just relax and enjoy your new space! Despite having an old router, Travis got my apartment up and running in 15 minutes, and even provided recommendations for new equipment (which I took him up on) to have a better experience. If its an option, I'm going with SupraNet moving forward!”

“I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my last few experiences at this store. I was in the market to change phones, and the employees here were very helpful and courteous throughout a somewhat drawn out process (none of it their fault, long story). An employee named Zack was particularly helpful. Over the years I've gone here I've been continually and delightfully surprised by the general manner of the employees - little to no pressuring, trying to find the best fit for me, looking for ways to save me money, etc. Maybe it's just the poor quality of my experiences at other cell phone stores in the past that make this place stand out. In any case, whatever it is you guys are doing, keep it up!”

He got me switched to a new phone quick, even let me see his personal phone to try out the camera before making a decision (unless that’s discouraged by the business, then he definitely didn’t do that) had honest opinions on the devices, was very transparent about billing, and was super friendly the whole time. “Went a bit technologically nutty this Christmas season, so I had to stop in three separate times in the past couple weeks.Yes, the wait can be long. And yes, once you sit down at a desk, US Cellular seems to require an unholy number of clicks to do what seems like a simple task. But the staff here (and I feel like I’ve met everyone) are phenomenally pleasant. Great customer service, the newer folks flail just long enough that you know they’ve tried, but then they also readily ask for help from their more seasoned coworkers.Can make for some long sessions, but I honestly have no complaints about anyone involved, and am confident I’m in good hands.”

“This isn’t really a review for TMobile, but a review for this store’s manager Austin (I believe he’s the manager, either way he was working alone the night we went in, so if he’s not the manager TMobile should promote him due to his superior customer service).I’m not sure anyone cares about the details, so let me just say that he went above and beyond to track down a receipt that showed we were owed a particular service, and this was not as easy of a task as it might sound here. Without his diligence and commitment to taking care of us, we would have been either left out of luck, or left paying for something we shouldn’t have. Having had enough experiences with other retailers, we are confident that the vast majority of others would not have gone to the extent he did to help us. It was the end of the night on MLK day, the store was getting ready to close and he could have just said “sorry guys I can’t help you”, but instead he showed us what Quality Customer Service looks like. We will be back and we encourage others to go to this Tmobile as well.”

“Bought a phone at Best Buy. After purchasing, the dude at BB said that they can't activate it. I had to go to T-Mobile store. Took phone in, and the person (sorry, I only remember it started with a K) was very helpful. Even though he didn't sell us the phone. Gave us options and advice. Probably the easiest phone upgrade ever in the 20+ years of being a Sprint/T-Mobile customer. The only thing that could have made the experience better is if they could somehow match the price from BB, or even come closer than they had, or without the sleight-of-hand where you trade in your phone, but it's not a price reduction, it's more of a credit over time.”

“We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”

“Unfortunately, by saying that THIS location is by far and above the best brick & mortar, the T-Mobile location isn't truly saying very much. Why, because EVERY SINGLE other T-Mobile store that I have been to in the past couple of years in the Madison, WI area and Champaign, IL area (7 stores in all) has either flat out LIED & misled my family or myself, that I had sworn to never enter another one ever again! I believe the gentleman that assisted me was Charles... a really knowledgeable T-Mobile agent/employee (his co-worker was helpful as well) totally blew me away by having actually educated himself on the many different products that T-Mobile carries.I'm so used to the people in these stores, from my past experiences, they have only known about iPhone products. Not one person I've asked for assistance with what they conned my elderly mother into picking that piece of garbage Pixel 6 phone had the slightest bit of knowledge on the issues that she has been enduring! No one knows anything about it... I even tried several Best Buy locations looking for assistance for her and that idiotic phone. I initially thought that it could be similar to my Galaxy... but no, it's not similar at all.Thank you, Charles!!! Keep up the great job!!! As well as your buddy, sorry I didn't catch his name... he does have a well trimmed beard. That's all I recall about him, though... he warned me about trying to use a charging base that I was thinking of getting from Amazon that could potentially cause my phone to be damaged at the least, or very possibly permanently damaged my battery or blown it up by trying to charge it too fast! “I used TDS for 2 years without any major issues with my internet connection. When I moved I contacted them to disconnect my service, and despite being told it had been disconnected, I was still billed for 2 more months even though I had already sent the equipment back. TDS's customer service phone line is a nightmare, you will spend hours on hold and things will still be messed up. After leaving a review on here stating my discontent with the situation, I was contacted again by a representative of TDS, who was able to give me some actual answers as to how my billing had been messed up, and they credited back the money I had paid for the time I did not have service. I appreciate them reaching out and making things right, and hope they find some way to improve their customer service line so they don't keep driving away customers.”
