Customer service is garbage. My father in law passed away and we called multiple times to cancel service. Each time they said they would take care of it. Now a few months later, we owe $800. They keep saying there’s nothing they can do. Are you kidding me? There’s no policy for when someone dies??? Ridiculous.

TDS fiber Internet and their streaming cable service, which uses TIVO that I love, is a super fast service and nice cable line up! Good pricing and I would highly recommend!
