“I went in expecting to spend a $100+ for a new charging port. After waiting for him to patiently walk someone through setting up 2-factor authentication over the phone, I was advised to purchase new cable instead. $10 later, everything works fine.This guy is integrity all the way down.Could you go to a national chain and, depending upon the model, maybe get it done for slightly less? Sure. But in my experience, Tech Heroes let Ben Franklin walk out the door because it was the right thing to do. I plan to go back and will advise friends and family to do the same.”

“I have a Nordictrak x22i and it randomly stopped working. I’m in a group on fb and everyone on there suggested this place. They responded to all my emails very quickly. I shipped the control board out priority and that’s exactly how it was shipped back to me. This was such a quick and easy turn around. If you need something repaired, use these guys they are great at what they do. “BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO AUTUMN!!! This woman is a BEAST with battery installation!! To give you the whole story, I arrived Friday, 12/29 at 5:35pm(they close at 6 holiday hours). I thought because I had a newer car(2021) it would be easy.. it definitely was NOT. The gentleman that started with my car couldn’t get the case off(sounds silly but it was actually very complicated) he said I need to go to a shop to change it. He went back inside to get Autumn. She gives female mechanics a great name- She was able to figure out the 6 points to get the case off and GOT IT DONE!! She was in the cold for an 1.5 hrs and stayed well over an hour after they closed to make sure I had a new battery! AUTUMN YOU’RE AMAZING! THANK YOU!!!”

“I worked through Samsung Care to schedule a fix for my Galaxy S21 broken screen. I had to go to this location and scheduled it for 6pm to bring in thinking it'd be a fast fix. Unfortunately, when I got there, I was informed that the repair would take 2 hours and that they're closing at 7pm so it wouldn't be done until midday the following day. I called at lunch time and they were about done. I ended up coming in later and they had it all fixed. Great company to help me with my issue. Thank you!”
“I was very impressed with the knowledge and enthusiasm of the 2 people working around 4:00pm on 7/15/22. They taught me about the laws/dangers of using certain 18650 batteries with a vaping device, as well as how to recycle fluorescent tubes. They even had the forethought to tell me to keep my single fluorescent light (for reference) in case the one they sold me (a meager $5.26) didn't work (it did). One guy was even at the end of his shift but stuck around to help. Highly recommended.”
