“Daniel is THE BEST! Took my call on a Sunday and let me come by the same day to assess the damage to my paint. He had me in first thing Monday morning and the car was finished by noon. He was far less expensive than what insurance quoted me (just to determine the damage, their quote didn’t even include sanding or refinishing). He was honest and direct and didn’t try to up-charge or do more work than needed. Did I mentioned that I had animal scratches around my entire car so he had to buff, sand and refinish almost every panel?I cannot recommend highly enough! They worked well with my insurance, and provided me a loaner vehicle while insurance was reviewing the estimate. Ultimately, my car was declared a total loss, but ACP let me keep the loaner for a couple days while I worked out getting a new car. Excellent service and will be coming here if I need anything done in the future.”

Each time I needed work done all staff were kind, personable, detailed in informing me on progress and timely (finished early both times!). He did a check on it and it turns out, it didn’t need to be changed. Saved him $100+ and ontop of it Dennis came out to clean the corrosion off the terminals for him. Great service, thanks Dennis!”

I had a detailed response back within 30 minutes. I replied with a tweak to my first question and heard back immediately. He just wanted to make sure I knew that one of the parts I had ordered was actually already included with another aspect of the order. I didn't know, and it saved my 20 buck. “Went in with headlights that wouldn't work; I thought it was a fuse since they both failed at the same time, but a clerk pulled and checked the relevant fuses and they looked fine.Then they really went above and beyond and checked the bulbs themselves (despite headlights being a hassle to mess with), which were unambiguously in need of replacement, and subsequently installed the new ones.Needless to say, I greatly appreciated the help.edit: I've been avoiding driving at night for a couple of years due to dim headlights, meaning they likely needed changed long before they stopped working completely.”

“I drive a 2005 Silverado, had a blown head gasket and needed a new motor. I called around and got referred to Carolina Kustoms. I called the shop and talked to Lonnie. After talking, he made some calls and hooked me up with a brand new remanufactured motor. Another shop wanted more money for a pick-and-pull motor with 80,000 miles. Once the engine came in, they swapped the old one out within a couple days.I think I had to wait a couple weeks after calling to get my truck in, but after driving it around the last 2 months, it was well worth wait.
