“I am a bit late writing this, but I have to tell you how amazing this place is! Back in June, I drove to Portland from northern Idaho, for a concert and to get a new tattoo. After staying the night at a hotel, I woke up to my car having been broken into, and the back window completely smashed in. I had intended to drive back home that day, and so I started calling around to some shops. Luckily, Mobile Auto Glass said that they could get me in immediately. From the moment I walked in I received AMAZING customer service! After giving them my keys, I walked to grab a quick breakfast and my car was ready before I even got back to the shop (easily within 40 minutes). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a window replaced!!”

My car was not drivable and I needed it to be "in the shop" in order to qualify for a rental from insurance, and although they couldn't get me in for a few days the staff here helped me out with a loophole that qualified me for the rental. She even waited after close on a weekend for me to come back and get my bike which I had left behind in my excitement to have my car back. They recommended Gerber.I dropped my car off in the hands of Jake, the head guy there. I told him that I am very particular about my car and what I expected from them. “I just got a lot of work done at this place, they were fast and easy at scheduling my drop off and pick up. Lupe was fantastic. The only downside I would say is from my wreck I had a very obvious alert that my license plate light was out and upon pick up after I was driving I realized they never repaired it. But other than that they were cool, my insurance recommended them. Just be careful pulling into this place it’s in a busy cross section and the bus stop divides the parking lot weird.”
