“My fiancé and I were having trouble with our 2008 bmw 328i it sat at another shop for two weeks with no update on the repairs or cause…when we showed up to pick up the car it was completely torn apart took it to Bavarian they put it together and started a diagnosis in 2 days we heard back on the issue we were having and were given options for repair and ended up going with a new engine in about half a week they received the new motor did a full reseal of the engine tested it and put it in the car 2 days later got the car back I would 100% recommend going here for any of your bmw needs very friendly and amazing communication solid work backed with experience”

“Very fair, honest, prompt service! I ran my TDI Touareg completely out of fuel (which is a big no-no with those vehicles in the first place). They were very honest and straightforward from the first call, explaining thoroughly what the repair process could potentially entail. They were careful to help me understand what the potential outcomes were with hypothetical “best case” and “worst case” scenarios. Thankfully, the “best case” scenario turned out to be reality for me, and they were able to complete the work within the one hour diagnostic fee. I was not charged anything additional beyond the “ best case scenario “ estimate we discussed over the phone. They also provided me a free courtesy check and uncovered a list of concerns and considerations for future maintenance, all included under the very fair price I paid for diagnostics and repairs. I got a very good value for my money and look forward to doing business with them in the future!”

Honest, impeccable work done by honest people, real "people people," you know? I had a friend visiting from out of town and we were in quite the pinch, trying everything we could to a find a shop that would check the car out as he needed to drive back to Seattle as soon as possible. “Had to get an oil change at Armstrong VW and was told i also needed brakes. They said my brakes were at a 1 and were grinding "metal on metal." they quoted me $765 for the fronts.So I took my car to my preferred VW repair shop, Precision Motor, and was quoted around $550-600$for the same job. They inspected my brakes and to my surprise I DONT NEED BRAKES! i was nowhere near a 1! Thank you for the honesty and amazing service! I have 2 VWs and they will continue to be serviced by this great shop!”

“It was kind of an accident...I wasn't planning it when I drove past the open bay at Maxim Auto Care. But I stopped. The front "skirt" on my 2014 Ford Escape was falling off--the plastic connectors worn out.It was a total cold call. “LOVE THIS SHOP!!! I can't say enough good things about this service shop and the family that owns/works it. My sister and I were going to embark on a coast to coast road trip in a 23 year old truck. I knew that the truck had brake issues, which is why we had it towed into Cooke's Brake Service. Pat offered to look the truck over for any other issue that it might have that could cause us trouble on our trip. They worked with our tight time schedule and fix a couple other issues that helped us to have a most enjoyable and trouble free trip. Bill let us know that if we ran into trouble on our way that we could call any of them for advice. What an incredible comfort that was to us. Great shop and amazing people. What more can I say other than the price was more than fair and the work exemplary!”

“I tecently went in to the Hawthorne location (without an appointment) to fix a reverse (back-up) light issue on my VW Passat. Other shops wanted to charge me a lot of money just to diagnose the problem! The guys at ABE quickly put my car in the service bay, found the problem and corrected it for a very reasonable fee, and it only took about 45 min. Everyone who works here is polite, focused and super-knowledgeable. Personally, I don't think it's worth shopping around when the best service is right here in SE Portland”

“First off I wanted to take a moment and share some feedback here regarding Ground Clearance Customs. Coming from myself being a small business owner, I know the importance and how critical reviews can be for future prospective customers. I read reviews thoroughly before ever making a decision. Now on to the details.I reached out to Chaz in regards to adding a lift kit to my 2021 Chevy Silverado. The responses I got were nothing but FAST! I almost immediately received quotes around 4-5 different lift brands, including wheels & Tire options.I found a smoking deal online a lift being sold private party, but didn’t have the confidence to pull the trigger. Chaz was nice enough to provide me all the details I needed including doing additional research to help me decide to purchase it. I ordered wheels and tires directly though ground clearance customs and the delivery was very quick (despite the winter weather holding up delivery).Chaz offered me the flexibility to drop off my truck in the late evening with him staying late, and being able to knock it out in 2 days. I had asked for photos of the installation and he sent me MORE photos than I had originally anticipated!!Overall my experience was a 5 star experience and he’s been nothing short of helpful, had amazing communication and been very transparent on expectations.
