Rusty - the serviceman - repaired it in about 1/2 hour. The crack is near invisible now, which I did not expect. The on-site service call was less han $100. I am quite happy with Novus' service!”

They are quality windows that are made in the USA, offer many different types of glass and molding options, and shapes too. All for less than most pre made RV windows out there. Seven top of the line windows were cheaper than 5 Lippert pre made sized ones. And I got them in the exact size that I wanted. I would not go anywhere else for these.”

“I wanted to write a review to say thank you to you guys! They were super busy when I first made my appointment it was going to be about five months out. When appointment time came I had to reschedule front desk was so great about continuing to follow up and get me into an appointment that would work for me. Finally the appointment came it was a small fix my car mirror had been damaged in a car wash. They were friendly every time i visited from first inspection to pick up day making an effort to be extra professional and kind! My husband drove the Yukon home and informed they had cleaned it too inside and out! How freaking nice! Thank you thank you for spectacular service even though it took awhile to get to the appointment they were so prompt in fixing only taking one day to call and say it was ready!
