“I came to ACP for body and mechanical on my Outback. They were prompt in getting my car pick up by their towing and into the shop for review. They worked well with my insurance, and provided me a loaner vehicle while insurance was reviewing the estimate. Ultimately, my car was declared a total loss, but ACP let me keep the loaner for a couple days while I worked out getting a new car. Excellent service and will be coming here if I need anything done in the future.”

“Daniel is THE BEST! Took my call on a Sunday and let me come by the same day to assess the damage to my paint. He had me in first thing Monday morning and the car was finished by noon. He was far less expensive than what insurance quoted me (just to determine the damage, their quote didn’t even include sanding or refinishing). He was honest and direct and didn’t try to up-charge or do more work than needed. Did I mentioned that I had animal scratches around my entire car so he had to buff, sand and refinish almost every panel?I cannot recommend highly enough! “I drive a 2005 Silverado, had a blown head gasket and needed a new motor. I called around and got referred to Carolina Kustoms. I called the shop and talked to Lonnie. After talking, he made some calls and hooked me up with a brand new remanufactured motor. Another shop wanted more money for a pick-and-pull motor with 80,000 miles. Once the engine came in, they swapped the old one out within a couple days.I think I had to wait a couple weeks after calling to get my truck in, but after driving it around the last 2 months, it was well worth wait. Great work Lonnie and team, I'll be back for more work in the future.Enzo is a good pup too.”

“Some dude in an F150 managed to hit our PARKED car, denting the heck out of the front side. His insurance company (State Farm) listed International Collision Repair as a recommended shop, so we went with them. We are so glad we did. Literally from the first contact with them through the day we picked up our repaired car, they were a pleasure to deal with--friendly, professional, transparent with every aspect of their work and the charges, and on and on. So I think this place can fix the paint as well as the dent, but can't do anything about the bent wheel.”

“Customer. Service. Bottom line. I only met and worked with Joe. I'm guessing his employees are of a similar mind. This is the place to go for auto body repair. Visiting from California, Thanksgiving week, late afternoon Wednesday. Driver's door window stuck in the down position. We're driving home Friday. I pulled into Courtesy Auto Body on a whim. It's closing time, but Joe goes out, makes a quick diagnosis, says that since we couldn't wait for parts, he can get the window propped up so we can drive home to Cali without the noise and visual confusion of plastic over the window opening. I bring it in Friday morning. Joe makes the temporary fix. Tells me the exact problem. We hit the road. Long drive. No window issues. If you are reading this review trying to decide on a shop for your car, do not hesitate to at least call Courtesy Auto Body. You will not be wasting your time. Finally there's this: Joe came in Friday for couple hours to help me out when his shop was closed the day after Thanksgiving. Customer. Service. 'Nuff said.”

“I was T-boned by someone who ran a light, but was insured. I worked with KC Halsey Collision Center to re pair the body, wheel and more on my 2016 Toyota Highlander. From the beginning, Dustin was very easy to work with and made sure all of our concerns about our car were addressed. We got our car back and unfortunately it started making loud noises. Dustin was immediately responsive but unfortunately had bad news for me once they examined the issue. The situation was awkward and I had lost trust but Dustin and the owner of KC went above and beyond to address concerns and to provide relationship repair to this situation.
