“Fixed my "explody" battery on my phone.Cost $100 for battery replacement.Back in the day, it cost me 10 bucks for a new battery for a smart phone back when phones had removable back covers. Times have changed unfortunately, the idea of actually owning and having control over your tech is long gone..Laws:Big tech, in particular, has been very aggressive on pushing bills that hurt everyday Americans.The five major rights of consumers: safety, information, choice, voice, and redress.Always support right to repair bills and oppose any bill that gives tech companies more control over the things you purchase and use. Freedom is at stake here.Fixed in a timely manner, and overall im satisfied with this service provided.”

“It is a street level business that is on Washington Ave. It is accessible by the Metro Transit green line and blue line train stops, which stop about 2-3 blocks away, and Metro Transit City Buses, which drop off very close to the store. It is a cell phone, and I believe, a small electronics repair shop. My phone was ready within 1-1/2 hours as promised. Multiple restaurants, some bars, Walgreens, CVS, coffee shops, etc., are within 1-2 blocks.”

“My experience at Verizon and White Bear Lake has been unbelievable rod. The employee there is the kindest employee that I have ever had with Verizon in the 25+ years. I’ve worked with that company. He is patient and thorough and displays such professionalism. I watched him with an elderly woman in her 80s Help her and he was so clear for her to understand and patient and kind and explained everything to her offered her so many things to help her out when she was feeling frustrated and he did the same for me too. He made it the easiest transition to a new phone that I’ve ever had and I will definitely keep coming back to this Verizon as long as Rod is there .”

“I went to the arcade/st.paul boost location and met Louisa, whom saved my life! My phone screen stopped working and she got me set up with a new phone and plan. I was having a nervous breakdown and Louisa calmed me down and took care of everything! She was amazing, she truly cares about every customer, even the panic stricken, cell phone illiterate like me that probably tested every nerve she has. She was professional, down to earth and real with me. She went above and beyond her typical job duties and I really enjoyed her personality, she was easy to understand. Louisa is AWESOME! “Xavier was a genuine hero!(Also, Falaq was very kind and helpful, when I called to follow up) .I will be forever grateful to Xavier for helping my autistic young adult son after he was harassed and his belongings were stolen on the Greenline train. He got off before his usual stop for work and entered the nearest store looking for help. It was this Metro By T-Mobile location and Xavier knew right away something was up. Xavier was a steady and calm presence when my son was confused and upset, calling me and keeping my son with him until I could get there. My son can often miss some social cues as he learns to be more independent but he knew right away that Xavier was a safe person and the store was a safe place.These good men are clearly the energy needed in our sometimes lively urban neighborhood. It is clear they see their work as more than just peddling electronic devices; they genuinely care about people in their community.Xavier is exactly the kind of man Mister Rogers was talking about when he said “look for the helpers”. I am so grateful for his kindness to my son.”

“I came into the AT&T store totally frustrated crazy mad because my headphones were not connecting with my watch. Two gentlemen immediately started helping me, Larry and Kyle. Larry spent about 20 minutes. It was not easy. He was polite, professional and kind because I was semi frustrated.We needed to try several things, but he finally got it working and guaranteed me that if I did lose a connection again, he would be there for me to fix it and teach me how to do it.I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. Makes me want to stay with AT&T.”

“We've been T-Mobile customers since 2007. We were talked into xfinity mobile for a few months. Big mistake it was terrible. We switched back to T-Mobile and got some great deals on new phones. There was a few hiccups in the billing, and corprate cusomer service was unable to sort it out. But after contacting the Lino Lakes store, Lexi was super helpful and quick to get things set right. Thank you, we will be sure to come into the store with any other needs.”
