“We've been T-Mobile customers since 2007. We were talked into xfinity mobile for a few months. Big mistake it was terrible. We switched back to T-Mobile and got some great deals on new phones. There was a few hiccups in the billing, and corprate cusomer service was unable to sort it out. But after contacting the Lino Lakes store, Lexi was super helpful and quick to get things set right. Thank you, we will be sure to come into the store with any other needs.”

“I have been extremely satisfied as a customer of Verizon Wireless for over 25 years. The customer service, devices, and service plans have kept me loyal. On Thursday 1/18/24 I went into the West St. Paul Verizon Wireless store on Robert Street to buy a new screen protector. The wait time was 10 mins. and I was assisted by Jason, the store manager. He was great! Helpful, friendly, and efficient. Thanks Verizon!”

“Khalid, Kevin and Kayla were great, helped me with a problem I had with a warranty exchange. The customer service line through Tmobile made some mistakes and it made things harder when I went in store to get my exchange done but they really patiently took care of me. I had to return to the store 3 times to get the whole process taken care of but each time I well take care of. I've been to 2 other stores around where I live and I will choose to come back here should I need anything else.”

Far from basic, Andre your (forgive me if I'm not getting your name correct) genuine interaction and assistance was phenomenal and I truly value that. As a consumer we always have a choice on where and what we spend our snaps on, however energy is my most valuable currency and so I exchange it very intentionally and you exceeded my imaginary expectations, and definitely made me feel heard understood and were considerate of my unique circumstances. “I was in last week. I was trading in 2 Samsung phones for an upgrade of 2 newer Samsungs. I want to give a grand shout out to Dalton, Ethan, and Lasiarius. Wow, sure made this techinical "uneducated" gal feel ok about my list of a hundred questions. They all were patient, kind, willing to explain and wanted me to feel ok before I left the door. And invited me back if I had any further questions.The reason I stay with Tmobile is for the great customer service I get upon entry to your stores. I don't want to go somewhere that the employees are bothered by the customer. Continue Tmobile on 96 to hire employees that care about the customer.Thanks guys!!”

She worked hard on understanding what I needed, what offers were available for me, and making it all happen and make sense. I often feel like these places are smarmy but I am quite happy with this experience, and particularity by the service provided.”

“I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. I was informed there would be a short wait to meet with someone who could help me. It was a shirt wait, less than 5 minutes. Akenya is the person who came to help. I needed to change carriers and needed new phones. Akenya is personable and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable and made a painstaking task painless. When it came time to get the phones setup with my current number we ran into issues. The previous carrier put up EVERY roadblock they could to prevent me from keeping my phone number. Akenya tried everything she knew to help with it. Just when we thought it was a dead-end, she tried one last thing, it worked. She didn't have to take that time. She didn't make me feel like a number. She didn't rush me, she didn't try to talk me into the biggest commission, she presented me with options customized to what I was looking for. This will be my 3rd carrier in the last 25 years. If every interaction is like this one, this will be my last carrier. Thank you Akenya, I wasn't looking forward to this, you made it easy. (Added bonus, the upfront cost I expected based on what others told me from their experiences, I walked out with more than half of what I expected to spend)”

“I went in Xfinity today on Robert st in west Saint Paul to pick up some SIM cards and hopefully get my service activated. I’m not sure on the proper terms or how to address people with these pronouns but please forgive me if I make any mistakes, idk and I didn’t want to offend this person if I asked. But I will assume it was a younger woman who helped me and I LOVED her whole vibe!!! Not afraid to live in her truth, very helpful and informative! I wanted to say “girl let’s go get a drink” LOL love the energy! Give her a raise !!!! Make her employee of the year, with a higher position! And keep her as an employee!! If this store was ever on undercover boss, just pay for this girl a vacation trip around the world with her family. Buy her a new car and a new house! Shes NEEDED!! ❤️”
