Were lucky we ran into Thomas here - he was helpful getting all of our accounts posted over from different carriers and the crazy number of places we needed to get several account numbers from. Dee was amazing with my parents, who needed someone very patient and kind to help them with their cell phone purchases. She went above and beyond, and her service and sense of humor was sincerely appreciated. All of this technology is confusing to many older people - go to Dee for help. :)
