Jeff at the CPR Stadium Village location was excellent, efficient and congenial. I was immensely frustrated at being locked out of my new Samsung phone. Jeff wiped it successfully - without losing the data. Will use again.

Repairs were done. Front glass and new battery. For some unknown reason my 4G LTE Galaxy Note 10+ international unlocked version morphed into a 3 G phone when I picked up from the store? I wanted to watch the repairs, owner declined. Could be I'm just curious or could be a distrust factor . ?
