He is patient and thorough and displays such professionalism. I watched him with an elderly woman in her 80s Help her and he was so clear for her to understand and patient and kind and explained everything to her offered her so many things to help her out when she was feeling frustrated and he did the same for me too. He made it the easiest transition to a new phone that I’ve ever had and I will definitely keep coming back to this Verizon as long as Rod is there .”

“I came into the AT&T store totally frustrated crazy mad because my headphones were not connecting with my watch. Two gentlemen immediately started helping me, Larry and Kyle. Larry spent about 20 minutes. It was not easy. He was polite, professional and kind because I was semi frustrated.We needed to try several things, but he finally got it working and guaranteed me that if I did lose a connection again, he would be there for me to fix it and teach me how to do it.I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. He helped us update our plan. They had some technical issues that Saturday and he was the only one working.
