Larry spent about 20 minutes. It was not easy. He was polite, professional and kind because I was semi frustrated.We needed to try several things, but he finally got it working and guaranteed me that if I did lose a connection again, he would be there for me to fix it and teach me how to do it.I really appreciate his patience and professionalism.
