“It's hard to find stores like this without having to drive to Venice Beach or to Hollywood. We stumbled upon this store doing Mother's Day shopping and we've come back yet again because the experience was so good. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop has really good fresh incense as well as a large number of essential oils. There's also a wide selection of men and women's clothing along with beanies, jewelry, and other Rasta merchandise. We will be back for sure!”

“Novelty store in The Oaks mall that has some cute gift items. Lots of Loungefly if you're into Disney gear. Also some Asian mech like Naruto, Sanrio and some mochi snacks by the register (reiterating *some*). Never had a problem with staff in the store, the kids (gah I feel old lol) just let me be and browse along. Cool store window shop or buy a knick-knack or a small token. My millenial self was so happy seeing the likes of Rugrats, Avatar the Airbender and Totoro. Yas I'm a proud nerd. (haaaiii)”

Greatest selection of shoes, accessories & clothes inc. for babies ! Awesome selection of Skateboards , Completes & Decks , trunk , grip tape & tool accessories . Beautiful Oaks Mall Outdoor Location 2nd Level above a Pet Rescue Store . Note :First time I noticed a posted sign NO Skateboard , & sadly , No Pets entering inside Oaks Mall . “I've visited this new store several times now, and it's clean, spacious and well-organized. The selection of boots is pretty amazing and about what you might expect from a store called: "Boot Barn." They also have a large inventory of both men and women's clothes, including jeans, shirts, jackets, belts, hats and a decent variety of work clothes. Despite the western theme, they also have work, hiking and casual boots, although they don't carry premier brands of hiking boots, like you'll find at REI. But for the casual hiker, they will definitely have what you need. One nice thing about the store is the central seating area, replete with a comfortable sofa and coffee table. It's nice for relatives and loved ones who go shopping with you, who probably don't want to tag along in the aisles. This store is dog friendly, so feel free to bring your best friend along too. However this store isn't perfect and it falls short in some ways. While there are some incredibly helpful, outgoing and courteous associates, such as Stacey and Sarah, many of the other associates appear to be disengaged, less-focused and even a little rude. I caught one middle manager scolding an employee in front of a customer, and another young female associate rolled her eyes behind a staff member's back. A lot of the staff are very young, and they may not have great people skills or maturity yet. Some good customer service training might be in-order for some of the younger employees. Also while temperature is often a subjective thing, this store is uncomfortably warm, during this Summer. Either the air conditioning isn't working properly or management has decided to save a few dollars at the expense of their customers. Walking around a big store while it's warm is no fun. Their selection of products is pretty good, but it's obvious that the store heavily promotes and stocks some brands, such as Wrangler over other brands, such as Levis. This is probably a corporate decision, which is out of their control, but it's nice for customers to easily see and shop for their own preferred brands. I can definitely recommend this Boot Barn location, and with a few simple improvements, it could easily earn 5 stars...”

“My friend and I stopped by last minute for a veil - rookie mistake, we should have called before making our way over because this is a design studio. They don't have any items for sale in store. The owner explained it's by appointment only and gave me several options in the surrounding areas for a veil. This was so helpful and kind of her! Just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service!”

“Can be hard to get help and they don't care a huge selection but this is our go to for some of the brands we like. They carry more than the WLV location and returns are usually smooth. They carry kids sizes, mens, women's, shoes, etc and literally are ALWAYS running a sale. I grew up on this brand which is notorious for carrying the best skate, surf and streetwear brands”

“Had so much fun getting color matched by one of the sales representatives who worked for Laura Mercier. We needed to restock on some Tom Ford foundation sticks and he came over and was willing to help us out! I wish I got his name, but he had on chains and wore a fisherman's cap. He was very nice and gentle with my skin. He really took his time. I've always used 2.0 Buff but he switched me over to 1.3 Nude Ivory and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much, I appreciate it! :)”

I'm looking for the perfect red pump, and from the color to the style, it seems like an impossible task. They did have some unique styles and almost threw me off, but I am hyper focused to find the right red pump, 2" heel, with a strap in back. Where are you?”
