“Took a family heirloom to be restored with original diamonds. I was hesitant because of a couple reviews but thought I'd give this long standing business a chance especially considering that the owner had a valid response to poor reviews left. I do recommend this business. But I feel that there is a difference in customer service depending on who helps you. First and last ladies to help me were very sweet and helpful. Picked up my jewelry and was told it was clean. At first glance it seemed to be. When I got it home and looked carefully, it was really dirty. Then I got my loop out. Yuck! I mean, probably build up from the last wearer was still coating the bottom (below girdle) of the diamonds. That was upsetting for personal reasons. Otherwise, to anyone else, it's just gunk that can be cleaned off. So I did a thorough cleaning myself and removed it all. Now it looks great.”

Special orders are easily available with the products being from authorized Watch companies. I did a special order myself. As for batteries and service, prices are quite reasonable considering that everything has gone up recently. I'll will be coming from now on for all my time telling needs.”

“I like to check here to see what's on sale. Something is always on sale, and occasionally I can find a nice clearance item like a sparkly necklace that was originally over $20 for like $3-4. Just fun pieces, nothing too special. Staff is always ready to help. Once overheard one employee explaining to another (a new hire?) the way their target sales works and how they're expected to sell a certain number each block of time, and if you're short one chunk of time, then the short-fall tacks onto the next chunk of time but if you go beyond your goal the overage doesn't count towards any future time-chunks. Man, makes me glad I don't work in retail/sales. Doesn't sound pleasant to work for. :P”

Finally one referred me to Amanda at Golden Moon and I'm SOOOOOOO beyond happy.I was able to book an appointment online with ease. Probably the easiest booking system I've ever seen. I got in by early afternoon on my lunch break for her to pull it and place a plastic retainer in for the MRI. The next day I went in and figured I would change the jewelry since I really should've to begin with. WHEN I TELL YOU THEY HAVE THE BEST SELECTION OF EARRINGS I HAVE EVER SEEN, I REALLY MEAN THEY HAVE THE BEST SELECTION OF EARRINGS I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! They also had navel rings, lip rings, etc. They do WAY more than just earrings! I don't know the full scope but you should totally call right now!I was able to work with Amanda the first day and then Nick the next day. Both are them are just amazing people and I'm so happy I've found their shop! Don't get me wrong, I love my tattoo shops too, but it's so nice to see a specialization in curated earrings. Im not great with "design" and Nick was so helpful! I could not be more stoked with the experience and outcome. I've found my new happy place and let me tell you - YOU MUST GO HERE AT LEAST ONCE.
