“There’s not a whole lot of selection here and good chunks of the store seem to be empty. I hope this changes in the future as the employees are nice and the store itself is relatively quiet. Unfortunately there’s just not much reason to go to a store if there’s not much to buy there.”

“I have three Targets about equal distance from me and this one is the cleanest, better pricing (than the Westlake store) and most size selections. There is a Starbucks and that's a good treat! Even in the late evenings before Christmas the employees are helpful and friendly. The last size I needed was on a mannequin and I flagged someone down to help. They immediately radioed for the specific person for the section and waited with me to make sure they got there even when I said they didn't have to. I appreciated the attention shown as a customer.”

“I love Nordstrom Rack, I went looking for shoes, so I had to stay focused. I'm not impressed with today's styles and didn't find anything I liked. I'm looking for the perfect red pump, and from the color to the style, it seems like an impossible task. They did have some unique styles and almost threw me off, but I am hyper focused to find the right red pump, 2" heel, with a strap in back. Where are you?”

“Had so much fun getting color matched by one of the sales representatives who worked for Laura Mercier. We needed to restock on some Tom Ford foundation sticks and he came over and was willing to help us out! I wish I got his name, but he had on chains and wore a fisherman's cap. He was very nice and gentle with my skin. He really took his time. I've always used 2.0 Buff but he switched me over to 1.3 Nude Ivory and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much, I appreciate it! :)”

It's really because my wife is too bougie and self important to just shop at a good store. You need to revamp marketing beyond coupons, but not shock your own base. “Trying to find the perfect gift can be very hard, especially with a bunch of options to choose from. I needed to find a dear friend of mine a Christmas present and when I got to the jewelry department, a really cool young lady named Michelle greeted me and said if I have any questions to feel free to ask. Looking around, I found some beautiful pieces of necklaces and I needed advice for the material these necklaces were made of. I went up to Michelle like a pestering fly desperate for some consults on multiple necklaces and wanted to get my dear friend the best and most durable necklace I could find that was within my budget and finally with all of Michelle's help, I was able to find something for my dear friend for her Christmas present. Michelle if you see this thank you so very much for your kindness and patience with me. You were extremely helpful. I rate your service 5-stars ?”

“This is not a review for Macy's but an employee. I shop at Macy's all the time. The quality' of service is usually below average but today was different! I went in looking for a suit for my husband. I was kinda in hurry bc I had my 2 toddlers with me. I ran into Mike T. and he was breath of fresh air. He helped pick the right brand and made sure to find his size in the suit coat as they only had 1 in the store. If only everyone was as wonderful and helpful as him. He should be teaching others in the store about customer service and he deserves a raise. Thank you Mike for you time and patience”
