We didn't end up using VIP, mainly because the guy we spoke to on the phone was not very friendly and didn't want to spend 30 seconds answering questions. We decided to hold off making an appt to go in. He was highly recommended but we went with someone else.

Was initially going to go around the cornier to TLC but the seamstress was extremely rude on the phone. Thankfully we found VIP alterations. The place is so cute inside and they welcomed us with excellent customer service and reasonable prices.
