“What a charming store.. I felt like I was walking into someone's home yet everything was for sale. The women who own De Frens were so knowledgeable and helpful. I especially enjoyed the unique French products.. I felt like I was in a boutique in Paris.”

The store layout is well organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. My only slight reservation is that the checkout process took a bit longer than expected. “All the way up a long driveway in Newbury Park's Old Conejo Road area of storage facilities and commercial buildings we found Seasons adjacent to a different decor shop. Had no knowledge of Seasons previously. Reading the owner's history, I recall her place, Rose Cottage, at the Janss Mall years ago. This large space is lovingly designed to showcase a wide variety of gift items, decor accents, and baby clothing and accessories. As the name implies, seasons are celebrated. Easter and Spring feature prominently now. Autumn/Halloween also have a spot, and an entire separate room holds Christmas and wintry treasures. Dishes from porcelain, to melamine for outdoor dining, and accent pieces, are shown to perfection. Amazingly life-like faux confections made me hungry to see them, while dreaming of biting into a rich cake, torte, or cupcake. It would be fun to decorate with those calorie-safe treats! There is so much to see that I'd recommend giving yourself time to really browse at leisure is the way to go. Once COVID continues to ease, I have a dear friend I would love to bring here - it's her kind of shop, as well as mine!”

Frank was helpful, easy going, and patient. The rest of the staff members were helpful as well. They showed us many catalogues and websites online to help us find the right chandeliers. Their prices are fair and somethings can be worked out to perhaps match prices elsewhere or online. I recommend this store for sure, ask for Frank, super chill guy!”

“There’s not a whole lot of selection here and good chunks of the store seem to be empty. I hope this changes in the future as the employees are nice and the store itself is relatively quiet. Unfortunately there’s just not much reason to go to a store if there’s not much to buy there.”

“Every time I come in, I'm greeted by the first cashier. Then they leave me alone. That's the way I like it. I have a piece of furniture whose back faces the living-room. I found a piece of fabric to put on the back. Now I need single-fold bias binding to frame it with. Blanket binding would work, too. They've been out of both in my color for two weeks, and no one seems to know when they will get some in. The fabric dept. takes up almost half the big store, so there's plenty of fabric to choose from, at all price points. There's also a lot of yarn, knitting needles, and crochet hooks available. My only issue with this store is that they seem to display like items all over the store. Most of the bias tape is in a rack behind the thread and zippers. But there's some on top of the pattern cabinets, too, and who knows where else. How-to and pattern books are also spread all over the place.”

“Salesman Mo told me on Saturday 4/01 when I purchased the bed that he might be able to get me a sooner delivery date than 4/18 that he would follow up on Monday 4/3 but he didn’t tell me he was off until 4/6 so I was not to happy about that. Other than that good service”

“Stopped by after watching a movie with my family for dinner and had the best experience. Yusef greeted us with a big huge welcoming smile and took our order. From there every single staff member that delivered our food was very kind and made us feel at home. Everything we ordered was incredible. Best experience, best service and delicious food. “I absolutely love this place. They always have very unique things and I love my Ubud console I bought from them. Bridget did an amazing job answering all of my questions. She even went and took all sorts photos of the console table I got to make sure I really knew what it looked like and that I loved it. She made the whole experience fun and easy from figuring out what I need to placing an order to helping me with a different order. I would absolutely recommend this place and to ask for Bridget if you have any questions.”

I'm feel like she is so sincere and wants to be the best she can be so you feel good about what you are purchasing so you keep coming back to her. I love pottery barn, I will say the quality is definitely going downhill since covid. But the service has always been too notch!”
