“Highly recommend these guys. Family run business with excellent customer service with the lowest prices for rim repair that I could find. Debbie got me in and out in one day. The bead on my tires would not seal to my rims because of some really bad chrome corrosion around the edges. They were able to get everything fixed up within two hours while I was at the grocery store. Other places I called in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach wanted to charge me twice as much with a turnaround time of several days or more to do the same exact work on my rims.I went back a week later and they even fixed a patch on one of my tires that was done at another shop incorrectly (and had a leak). Now all my tires are sealed and my rims looks great. I would give six stars if I could. Great people and great prices too.”

“Bay Custom Auto exceeded my expectations on the repair of my Mini Cooper. It took a while for parts to become available because the car was so new (2024) But Brandon kept in touch throughout the process and kept me informed. When parts did arrive they kept my car for about three weeks, a little longer than originally promised but it was over the Christmas holiday and was worth the wait. I cannot tell that anything happened to the car at all. Super work by a super company!”

So when the next inspection came up, I bought brakes and rotors and decided to try Colony Tire. Imagine my surprise when I got a phone call from their mechanic stating that my pads weren't even halfway worn down and there was no need to replace them. He charged me for a half hour labor for the inspection and that was it.”

While juggling the idea of doing a reproduction cover on my own, I was told Lee's does a good job, so I decided to run my bench seat by and get an idea of their work. “Just as incredible as the other reviews suggest! Larry is very obviously someone who is completely secure and at peace with his own life and professional expertise, and it shows in his personality. He's genuinely here because he's happy helping people with their vehicles, no more, no less. This means he's straightforward, chill, authentically friendly, and most importantly, trustworthy in every way. I never felt even the slightest bit patronized or taken advantage of. He looks for extra opportunities for improvements simply as a professional point of pride. I came in for an oil change, and I left with (at no extra charge) full tire pressure, a heads up about my brakes being extremely worn down, a handful of useful facts about my car, an extremely detailed and organized manilla folder to keep current and future car repair paperwork, and an air freshener perfectly matched to my personal aesthetic.I'm done rushing around elbow to elbow in a franchise waiting room with annoying TV blaring only to leave as soon as possible. Give me a leisurely Saturday morning with nice weather, wood paneled walls, nature programs, and a comfy heater going.
