“You really can’t beat their tire replacement package! The manager is also super sweet! They didn’t have the tires I wanted in stock so he drove and picked them up for me the day prior to my appointment. I appreciate that kind of customer service. I chose to wait for my car while I added on an oil change and state inspection to my tire package. My wait time wasn’t unbearable by any means and I felt they did all my maintenance efficiently. The establishment is very clean and well kept which made me feel comfortable and all the staff are great with their customer service.”

“Service requested was a state inspection of a 2020 vehicle with about 11,000 miles. Overall Satisfied as the folks here service 2 of my vehicles. Online booking was nice and easy with an appointment available in a reasonable time. I arrived about 10 minutes early for the appointment and noted my vehicle was not rolled into the garage until 20 minutes after my appointment and that was a bit longer than I would hope for. While waiting for the car to be taken in the associate had printed a work order for my other vehicle and had to reprint it and have me resign it. As I filled out the vehicle info in advance online that sure could have been smoother. The time to accomplish the service was about 1.5 hours from the appointment time until the vehicle was returned and that is a bit too long to do an inspection. A multi point check that told me nothing needed done was performed and while I appreciate the courtesy check I sure didn't need it and so was left a touch dissatisfied as to how my time was spent. When I ask for an inspection "wrapping in" some courtesy check either disclosed or not is not a productive use of my time when I am waiting. IF such a service is to be wrapped or bundled then the service agent should specifically point it out so that I can decline it IF that is the cause for the time. Still overall satisfied and that is the 4 stars. Friendly and helpful folks in all interactions and a shame it wasn't a 5 Star engagement. Carl K. Yorktown VA”
