“You really can’t beat their tire replacement package! The manager is also super sweet! They didn’t have the tires I wanted in stock so he drove and picked them up for me the day prior to my appointment. I appreciate that kind of customer service. I chose to wait for my car while I added on an oil change and state inspection to my tire package. My wait time wasn’t unbearable by any means and I felt they did all my maintenance efficiently. The establishment is very clean and well kept which made me feel comfortable and all the staff are great with their customer service.”

I had a hard time explaining what was happening but he was very understanding and a generally great person about my less than helpful explanation. Turned out a mouse or something had chewed up some wires. They communicated all the details about what needed fixing, why, and the price concisely. The greatest thing was that they finished in a day! “Highly recommend these guys. Family run business with excellent customer service with the lowest prices for rim repair that I could find. Debbie got me in and out in one day. The bead on my tires would not seal to my rims because of some really bad chrome corrosion around the edges. They were able to get everything fixed up within two hours while I was at the grocery store. Other places I called in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach wanted to charge me twice as much with a turnaround time of several days or more to do the same exact work on my rims.I went back a week later and they even fixed a patch on one of my tires that was done at another shop incorrectly (and had a leak). Now all my tires are sealed and my rims looks great. I would give six stars if I could. Great people and great prices too.”

So when the next inspection came up, I bought brakes and rotors and decided to try Colony Tire. Imagine my surprise when I got a phone call from their mechanic stating that my pads weren't even halfway worn down and there was no need to replace them. He charged me for a half hour labor for the inspection and that was it.”
