It took a while for parts to become available because the car was so new (2024) But Brandon kept in touch throughout the process and kept me informed. When parts did arrive they kept my car for about three weeks, a little longer than originally promised but it was over the Christmas holiday and was worth the wait. I received a call from Kelsy and he allowed me to share all of what I had been through the past few months and told me he was going to share it with the service writer.When I arrived I met Tristen, what a breath of fresh air.He was thorough because he read through the notes and assured me that their mechanics were some of the best and told me my car would be fixed.I have to tell you, his customer service skills and reassurance is what made my experience awesome.I waited in the lobby and my car was ready in an hour. “So in reading the reviews, a lot of people were complaining in mechanical regards. The name literally has auto body and paint repair, but okay.The gentlemen was nothing but extremely polite, punctual and did exactly what I asked. In a day in age that that type of service is far fetched, sayin this particular filed. He replaced my sunroof and did minor body work associated with the damaged glass. Most shops were closed due to the holiday season and he was open, literally called me the next day after I contacted insurance and got me right in with a great turn around time.
