I received a call from Kelsy and he allowed me to share all of what I had been through the past few months and told me he was going to share it with the service writer.When I arrived I met Tristen, what a breath of fresh air.He was thorough because he read through the notes and assured me that their mechanics were some of the best and told me my car would be fixed.I have to tell you, his customer service skills and reassurance is what made my experience awesome.I waited in the lobby and my car was ready in an hour. The team offered excellent customer service fitting me into their already busy schedule. Most amazing is they did a quick service check on the car to let me know of a few items needing to be addressed but no pushy sales pressure. They said to come right over.The technicians put my car on the lift, plugged the hole in my tire , and had me out of there within 25 minutes. Very happy with the service!”

“I had a terrific experience here. I blew out my tire on the JRB, and pulled over as soon as I got off. I called and after checking to see if they took my company card, got a recommendation for a tow truck service. The service would take my card, but Mr. Tire paid the driver and invoiced it onto my card afterward. I had to wait a bit because of those in front of me, but they got done in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting room is nice and modern. They did not try to upsell me at all, like other reviewers have mentioned. Highly recommend this place.”

I came in for an oil change, and I left with (at no extra charge) full tire pressure, a heads up about my brakes being extremely worn down, a handful of useful facts about my car, an extremely detailed and organized manilla folder to keep current and future car repair paperwork, and an air freshener perfectly matched to my personal aesthetic.I'm done rushing around elbow to elbow in a franchise waiting room with annoying TV blaring only to leave as soon as possible. Give me a leisurely Saturday morning with nice weather, wood paneled walls, nature programs, and a comfy heater going.
