I had some issues early on with the car I purchased and he has been nothing but helpful. He sent a mechanic TO MY HOUSE to look at the car and once they identified the issue he towed the car back to his dealership. I couldn’t believe it. What car dealership do you know that will send a mechanic to your house free of charge to do an inspection? And also cover the cost of towing? “*****updated from original review*******Hey,I dont write reviews just to do it, but this issue couldn't go unmentioned...... i can't believe after just about 2years of waiting for the lyriq lux2 I ordered it finally shows up on the weekend unfortunately the salesperson said he cant see how they can honor the price that was quoted at the time of order. Since it was over the weekend now I have to wait to speak to the sales manager that gave me the quote in the first place. Then he started to look for ways out of the quote even after I provided a copy of the gm workbook sheet. Like I was asking for something other than what the sales manager told me in the presents of multiple sales associates. I will go in tomorrow to see if we can make it right,but now I see why many people prefer to deal with tesla. There the price is the price! No surprises sales tactics etc. I can believe this is even an issue to think I was going to order an ev escalade also.......... not to mention the over 7k ive spent in the service department and body shop in the last couple years...and i thought i was a loyal customer.........update to follow...as I previously stated there was an update to follow an here it is. I did infact return to December 11th and spent quite some time with the general manager discussing my concerns and issues. I also took the time to listen to understand where the dealership was coming from. From that it was found there were in fact some misconceptions on my part and a few things that were out of everyone's control. I would like to commend the general manager in being totally transparent and willing to provide a thorough explanation of where the missteps were. As in any negotiation, there are two sides and you hope to meet a outcome beneficial to all parties involved. The sales team did infact make the necessary effort and I was willing to meet them in that effort. Long story long a deal was made, and they gained a customer for life. where you start may be rocky and seem like disarray. However, taking the time to communicate with each other can go along way. So I can truly say they made it right!!!! BZ to you sir! I fully recommend this establishment!”

“Did business with them twice. Got a 01 Pontiac firebird for 7300. It got totaled. Lady rear ended me. I got 10,180 for the car. I got an 02 chevy corvette from them. Had it for five years. No major problems. I would recommend them. They show you car fax and what's the car worth. Then sell it to you under market. They okay in my book.”

“UPDATE: my tire is flat after having it less than a week. However I’m not taking away stars only because the gentleman that helped me was so kind. Hopefully when I go back I won’t have any issues. It is however an inconvenience. I guess that’s the risk you take when purchasing something used.Great service. The gentleman that helped us was busy! I just kept watching cars pull up, but he still helped us in a timely manner, and with a smile! It was super hot outside, and I know from experience it’s hard to give service with a smile in those conditions. Also the price was more than fair. I’d definitely recommend this place. Also I’d like to add that they give you a receipt for a 30 day warranty, but only if you keep your receipt. I was there on June 26, 2022.”

“I didn't end up buying a car here, but John was very nice and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured at all. He met me at the shop after hours so I could test drive a vehicle and he was very honest about the work that had been done to it. He told me that I was welcome to take the car to any mechanic to have it checked out because he was confident that everything was in good condition. He even sent me an AutoCheck report (similar to Carfax) to show that the car had a clean history. The only reason I didn't buy a vehicle from him is that I found another one elsewhere that I liked more.”

Our sales person, I believe is name is Don was very helpful and made the process extremely easy for us and made it a positive experience in front of our kids.The only thing I didn’t like was when I came back to have the second key programmed, I was told by service that they were not going to do it. So now I have to pay $200+ for a key to be programmed when i was told CarMax would take care of it.”
