“I would like to shout out to David, Dani and Sarah for being a excellent help finding a pair of vans for my kids first vans purchase. They are a great sales team. They assisted me very well and Dani went to check on items for us so that we found the right shoe size and shirt size. They were friendly and provided a great atmosphere for the customer experience. There was an earlier sales team that also assisted me that were not there when I got there I forgot their names but would like to send a shout out to them as well.”

However an amazing assortment of varying styles and colors along with some really great unique options we hadn't seen anywhere else. “I always have a good experience getting clothes that fit me here. The clothes are comfy and fit well without making me look like a tent. Anna is always super friendly and more than willing to help and give suggestions if asked. Take advantage of their clearance sales. I got 2 shirts, 1 pair of jeans (all clearance items + 40% the clearance price) and a pair of regular priced shorts for $79 total with tax. Mind you their regular priced jeans are $80. I would call my grab a win :)”

“I went to Buckle the one on Woodlands mall. Mind you after a long day at work the last thing you want to do and go look for jeans. Well Ariel, she went up and beyond must’ve been there maybe about 30 mins (the most) and she helped me until I found my perfect jeans. She has a great customer service I told her manager that she needed a raised. I will definitely go back to Buckle and shop for more. Thanks Ariel keep up that great customer service!”

“My favorite local clothing store! Friendly and helpful sales people. Low turnover, so they recognize me. Love that JJill carries Talls which are hard to find, although I have to order them online. But they help with that. I like that they bring in new styles often, and mark down things often with some sales. However, they changed their clearance rack to be organized by same styles grouped together, rather than by sizes. Takes me much longer to look through each type of item to see if they have in my size, than to just look through items I KNOW they have in my size. Makes it harder to look also when others are looking at the same time, because everyone has to look at them all, not just their size. Not enough space for that. Please return to what you did before.”

“I am not sure i have left a review for a retail store before, but my experience at Madewell Market Street deserves one. I had exceptional customer service by everyone i interacted with (4 employees total) they were friendly, helpful, and knew their product. I also just got off the phone with them and the same service was extended. I find it rare to get good service anywhere anymore and it makes me anxious to even go out when i could just shop online. I do not shop at Madewell often, but i think i will moving forward. Clearly this place has good management and i hope they keep on breeding this workplace culture.”

“Visited the store yesterday evening and was greeted by a polite woman. The woman was very knowledgeable about the fabrics and where the clothing was manufactured. I'm sorry I don't recall her name, but she is an older adult that worked in clothing manufacturing in a previous career. She was steaming the polos while explaining the type of business man that wears the clothing. It was my first experience with the brand Travis Mathew. I was in town for a medical conference and didn't have too much time in the evening to shop. I was able to try on two sizes of polo. I'm sold on the brand. Thanks for the experience.”

My wife didn’t want to go back after the first time I went because of the old lady who was rude and made my wife feel like my money wasn’t good enough because of my skin color.
