I had had several difficulties in getting these shoes but the employee (Bailey) with whom I was working, was very proactive to move past each obstacle to facilitate my purchase. “I LOVE this store. Just bought three pairs of pants that are totally versatile for work or play, and they fit perfectly right off the rack. Colors work very well with other combinations. I already have a gym wardrobe from here, years old but all items still look great and haven't worn out either fabric-wise or color-wise. The quality of this clothing is top- notch. I do have items from Title Nine and Lululemon, but Athleta, in my opinion, feels more comfortable then either of the other two lines. Athleta is my favorite!”

“Staff is genuine. Usually these store are employed with high school kids that are only there cause their parents made them get a job. Kids here seemed like they actually wanted to work there. I put an online order for sz14 pandas since it said that location had one in stock. Got there, went to the back and came up and said they didn't have them and next step would be to cancel and refund order. Kid that was helping looked at his system one more time showed they had other sizes in stock. He went through the entire backstock of inventory they haven't had the time to throw up yet, and like 15 boxes later he found it. Took him about 15 mins. He didn't have to do that, could have just said "na man sorry, the online system isn't up to minute" and that could have been it. The fact he took the time to search through everything gives them the 5 ?”
