“I would like to shout out to David, Dani and Sarah for being a excellent help finding a pair of vans for my kids first vans purchase. They are a great sales team. They assisted me very well and Dani went to check on items for us so that we found the right shoe size and shirt size. They were friendly and provided a great atmosphere for the customer experience. There was an earlier sales team that also assisted me that were not there when I got there I forgot their names but would like to send a shout out to them as well.”

He knew my size right away and what complemented my body type. He helped me fit for two tailored suits, and the turnaround time was only three days. “I went to Buckle the one on Woodlands mall. Mind you after a long day at work the last thing you want to do and go look for jeans. Well Ariel, she went up and beyond must’ve been there maybe about 30 mins (the most) and she helped me until I found my perfect jeans. She has a great customer service I told her manager that she needed a raised. I will definitely go back to Buckle and shop for more. Thanks Ariel keep up that great customer service!”

“Visited the store yesterday evening and was greeted by a polite woman. The woman was very knowledgeable about the fabrics and where the clothing was manufactured. I'm sorry I don't recall her name, but she is an older adult that worked in clothing manufacturing in a previous career. She was steaming the polos while explaining the type of business man that wears the clothing. It was my first experience with the brand Travis Mathew. I was in town for a medical conference and didn't have too much time in the evening to shop. I was able to try on two sizes of polo. I'm sold on the brand. Thanks for the experience.”

“My husband and I have been customers at this store for two years. Coach is one of our go to brands because of the affordability and high quality. We've bought shoes, jewelry, bags, our dog's name tag personalized, sent out my vintage bag for cleaning, you name it and we always go to Carlos. When we use anyone else tbh the service is just not high quality and personal like it is with him we even call to make sure he is working. This store is our happy place thanks to him.”

My daughter has never looked more beautiful. We did buy a few products - but she didn't pressure us into buying items. Which I really appreciated. She threw in some good samples for my daughter too. She went the extra mile! I had such a positive experience- that I'll be shopping at Clinique regularly.”

I had had several difficulties in getting these shoes but the employee (Bailey) with whom I was working, was very proactive to move past each obstacle to facilitate my purchase. His manager helped support our efforts and I so appreciate that I did not have to drive to the Woodlands (the only store in the Houston area that had my size and color) to purchase these shoes! “Hands down the BEST place to shop (and work!) in the Woodlands! The product assortment improves every week, and is the best I've seen since Covid hit in 2020. There are literally plenty of options for everyone! The store leader is exceptional with a true commitment to Nordstrom service and Culture, which trickles down to other leaders and their departments/teams! The Nord culture is all about taking care of ourselves, each other, and our customers. Aside from the service the separates Nordstrom from the rest of the mall, there are so many unique aspects to this store that others don't have.
