“We love this store but today 11/26 this happened. Everyone was disappointed! How about a generator? You’re loosing thousands of sales for hours of being closed. At least answer the phones, during work hours even though power is out. It’s been 2 hours and outage issue hasn’t been resolved. Hello to your management.”

“The pick up area was fairly easy to find and it took her only a couple of minutes for her to grab my items, but I think I prefer Kohls pickup where you can grab it yourself because it is even quicker.”

“The service in the men's perfume department as well as the men suit section service was one of the best services we have had during the holiday season. Their selection of perfumes and their samples was great. Similar experience was of the men suits with one addition that it is not seeing in other department stores of the same caliber where they offer alterations.Great experience clean and for the time of the year it was well organized.I will shop again here.Did not take any photos, perhaps the next time I visit I will purchase another suit.”

My daughter has never looked more beautiful. We did buy a few products - but she didn't pressure us into buying items. Which I really appreciated. She threw in some good samples for my daughter too. She went the extra mile! I had such a positive experience- that I'll be shopping at Clinique regularly.”

“Hands down the BEST place to shop (and work!) in the Woodlands! The product assortment improves every week, and is the best I've seen since Covid hit in 2020. There are literally plenty of options for everyone! The store leader is exceptional with a true commitment to Nordstrom service and Culture, which trickles down to other leaders and their departments/teams! The Nord culture is all about taking care of ourselves, each other, and our customers. Aside from the service the separates Nordstrom from the rest of the mall, there are so many unique aspects to this store that others don't have. Visit the Barista while you shop, or the high dining experience at the Bazille ("where everybody knows your name!") . With so many additiona services offered here, including personal stylists, monogramming, in store tailoring, bopus and n bopus, the Anastasia brow bar, gift wrapping, etc, this is the perfect destination for anyone in The Woodlands, or anyone visiting The Woodlands Mall!
