“I seriously can not say enough about the staff and quality at Shannon’s Fine Jewelry. I will say I am horrible with names but I did deal with everyone and I have absolutely no complaints! One of my prongs broke and another one was loose causing my amethyst to fall out. They replaced my prongs and reset my gemstone. Turn around was quick they had my ring for three or four days before it was ready for pick up and the pricing was very affordable. I am extremely happy with the quality of the service as well as the customer service. I have been her previous and will continue to be a returning customer. If you are looking for a jeweler or looking to make a custom piece I can not recommend them enough!! Thank you so much to the staff at Shannons. I am so happy with my ring.”
