Excellent customer service! Jacob assisted me with getting my new iPhone and he was quick with setting up a quote as well as staying true to it. It only took about an hour to get the new phone set up. I was very happy with my shopping experience here!

You know I've sworn by Verizon for 14 years always great service anywhere in North America, Japan. Germany and Ireland. Customer service is always been outstanding. But after this visit I'm extremely disappointed. Stuff still ain't right 5 days later.

Customer service sucks. I went to a different store and was welcomed like the managers and supervisors lead by example. Not here.
