“There are a handful of times that I can say I've received attention to detail from end to end with a focus on a result and not the sale attempt. This is one of those times.David and his team were always responsive at all times and their goal was to make sure you had something that you were happy with and ultimately made sense and was thought out. I wish all companies were this way.There are competitors in the area (that I paid good money to before working with TA) that just slam something in, dont give any damn, and walk away. This is not that kind of place.For any theatre, wiring, sound, etc needs honestly look no further.”

“First time I've ever had to return anything and it went wonderfully. It was a food item and I thought it would be a problem because I ate one of them. They gave me full credit after I told them that the product was just dreadful. Person at the counter agreed with me and told me she'd bought the same thing and returned it too. For the record, don't be tempted to buy "Mason Dixie Cheddar Buscuits". They are inedible. There wasn't any Cheddar cheese within six miles of the factory where they stamped those things out. The biscuit was rock hard, too. This might pass for food in Maine or Delaware, but not in the south.”
“I went in yesterday to get a new samsung S23 and Frank was super helpful! He made it so easy to check out, get my information transfered, and even had someone help us with putting the screen protector on. This Samsung location is always so friendly and way better then the at&t store upstairs.”

“Went here for a particular item and they didn't have it. I don't remember the tall guys name that I'd stopped while he was bringing in baskets. I do remember that he took the time out to help me attempt to locate my bag of was looking for. Lastly I'm not sure if the music that playing was solely for Black History Month or if this is how this Targe't rocks. The music was EVERYTHING!!! I'll definitely start traveling the extra 12 miles to shop at this Super Target for my shopping and great music pleasures lol.”

“On July 1st 2022 I was at this 7-eleven buying my gas on my lunch break when I locked my keys, phone and everything else i own in my car. Peter, one of the managers was so helpful with loaning me his phone and offering to buy me something cold to drink. He continued to check on me and help me find a locksmith. He continued to check on me until I got my car unlocked and got my keys. I waited inside the store as it was over 100 degrees out that day. I witnessed his kindness to all his customers, some were regulars he knew by name. Peter is an exemplary employee that deserves positive recognition from the company he represents.Thanks Peter so much. I will always remember your kindness.”

“I have lived in Frisco for a few years now. This is my favorite convenent store and i live about 10 seconds from the race track store on parkwood. I usually pass by this store on my way home from work and the previous management wasn't worth a dead squirrel but it's cleaner now and there's a handsome young man there name jonathan that walks my things to my car whenever buy case of beer for myson but too bad he is too young for me LOL!!! Workers are very pleasant and friendly .i stop by here more often now the store deserves better rates keep up guys”

“We origunally went to the store in Little Elm, however they were closed before their regular hours without explaination. We called the Frisco store to find out why and were told we could go to that store instead. Anusha was who we spoke to and we were greeted by her as she was with another customer. Another customer walked in after we did and forcefully began talking to her as we waited. Anusha answered a few of her questions and then finished assisting the other customer She was with. Then she started to assist us. Anusha answered our questions and we started setting up our new line for our daughter. The customer that butted her way in got frustraded and made a rude comment to her and left. Anusha was so patient and helpful with setting our daughter up with a new line. She also helped us apply for a discount. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and we would highly recommend visiting her!”

“I came here because of a phone problem. I was changing my company phone from an old iPhone to a new one and there was a problem with the number. I talked to Thomas at the store and received support. I didn't even buy the phone here. Even though I visited him for two days in a row, he kindly supported me until the end without showing any offence.I am grateful to him for his kindness and appropriate knowledge.One thing I would like to ask Verizon is to buy him a better waiting chair.He clearly needs a chair for waiting customers.
