I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and wasn't acknowledged by anyone. 2 employees working with one customer and didn't offer any assistance.

High school kids working as employees being rude and making fun of customers. not caring about customers, stick to their phones and discuss about funny videos all the time.

Elvis is knowledgeable and provides amazing customer services. Because of this we were able to get the service we requested in no time. I definitely recommend this store.
