I got a stain on one of the shoes so rather than get the wrong product, I went into the store to ask about shoe care. Topanga, the manager, was very enthusiastic about helping me get the right shoe care products and how to use them. She even helped me get the right product for another pair of leather shoes I have. I took the shoes in with me so she could determine what the best products were for it. So glad I stopped in vs just guessing and potentially ruining my shoes! They look as good as new now! Highly recommend!”

“I went in to use my $15 rewards. It honestly is what made me go over for the day. I found a nice pair of sneakers and was looking forward to using my discount.Unfortunately when I showed my email. I had mistaken the date and it expired the day before. The cashier was like I'm sorry that stinks, I'd be so mad. Then she unexpectedly said let me use this code it will give you $10 off. I was beyond happy and grateful. Thank you for having wonderful staff. Even though it was my mistake on the date of expiration the cashier made me enjoy my experience. “I had never heard of Vionic and stopped in while shopping in the area. Much to my surprise I was looking for just that, a supportive shoe for my trip after an ankle injury. Jeff greeted me with enthusiasm and plenty of knowledge about the brand I had never heard of. Jeff asked me a few questions and asked if he could measure my foot and if he could take the initiative of pulling some items for me to try. I sincerely appreciated his approach of asking as he was not wanting to be pushy and setting a boundary for me to decide. He was so helpful and understanding of my likes and dislikes. I could not have asked for a better experience at this store. I felt like Jeff kind of brought back this old school retail customer service that was above and beyond if that makes sense. I would highly recommend this store and I will be back as there was so many other cute items and accessories to choose from including adorable purses. Thank you Jeff and my feet will thank you too!”

“I would rate this Allen Edmonds store, especially this store and its assistant store manager Tim Fournier, as one of the best experiences I have had in recent memory at an in-person retail store. As a newer Allen Edmonds shoe wearer with little to no experience wearing these types of shoes, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and subject matter expertise by the store's assistant manager, Tim Fournier. For someone who is used to wearing dress shoes from Walmart, this was a significant change for me. Tim made it easy by providing honest options of shoes and colors based on my daily needs. He also provided ways to maintain my shoes in ways I had no idea. You would be surprised by some of the differences in wearing real leather shoes! I can wear anything from a size pm to a xl , consequently I take lots of sizes in the dressing room. Well, it was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive. Every single person who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. Jimmy was our sales associate and he was AH-MAZING. I came to get my wedding shoes, which I had been researching for a while now. He made sure to ask all the questions and pulled many options. I never felt pressured and he was so fun to talk to. I ended up getting my dream shoes! Because they didn’t have my size in the shoe at the store, Jimmy had to order them and assured me they will be perfect when they arrive, which I know they will be. “I have been shopping Marmi shoes for about 20 years. I got hooked on them because they offer such great style in a large variety of widths. I recently visited the store at King of Prussia Mall for the first time and Sue the Manager took great care of me!! She was helpful, personal and very efficient. I drove about 2 hours to get there and it was well worth the trip. I love the fashion sense they offer - both in comfortable casual as well as professional work heels. If you have a narrow or wide foot - this is the store to shop. I used to travel into NYC to their store as it was the closest but King of Prussia PA will be my new stomping grounds. Than you Sue!!”
