“Hugh was absolutely wonderful with my 92 year old mother! Absolutely so professional and respectful with her, and the 3 visits we needed to make sure the shoes she chose were fitted properly were so worth it! He was so accommodating of the difficulties she has with ambulating!Previously my mother was barely able to walk due to the pain of deep corns on the balls of her feet. Despite every 5 week visits with podiatrists, she had pain just a few weeks after her podiatry visits. Now due to the proper shoes and custom made inserts she’s not experiencing any of the pain she’d had previously! The proper shoes and custom inserts made all the difference!Thank you Hugh! “I bought dress shoes online initially, which looked and fit great. Wide sizes were easy to find. I got a stain on one of the shoes so rather than get the wrong product, I went into the store to ask about shoe care. Topanga, the manager, was very enthusiastic about helping me get the right shoe care products and how to use them. She even helped me get the right product for another pair of leather shoes I have. I took the shoes in with me so she could determine what the best products were for it. So glad I stopped in vs just guessing and potentially ruining my shoes! They look as good as new now! Highly recommend!”

“I had never heard of Vionic and stopped in while shopping in the area. Much to my surprise I was looking for just that, a supportive shoe for my trip after an ankle injury. Jeff greeted me with enthusiasm and plenty of knowledge about the brand I had never heard of. Jeff asked me a few questions and asked if he could measure my foot and if he could take the initiative of pulling some items for me to try. I sincerely appreciated his approach of asking as he was not wanting to be pushy and setting a boundary for me to decide. He was so helpful and understanding of my likes and dislikes. I could not have asked for a better experience at this store. I felt like Jeff kind of brought back this old school retail customer service that was above and beyond if that makes sense. “I've been a customer of Eaves in Wayne, PA for years. I prefer to shop small due to the product selection and knowledgeable service boutiques have to offer. Eaves is an hour away from my home but I happily make the drive because it's the only boutique I have found that consistently gets it right on every level. The store is well merchandised and easy to shop--no overcrowding here. While not loaded with tons of inventory, every single item in the store is chosen for it's unique style and detail. Most of these are "now" pieces with a classic flair. They will work with your wardrobe for years to come. While many of these clothing and accessory items are an investment, they are intended for the "quality over quantity" consumer who cherishes wardrobe favorites and reaches for them time and time again because they are easy, comfortable, and just work. Kudos to Susan and her team for a truly unique business. I am so grateful for your outstanding service and for making me stylish!”
