“Wow. What a fantastic experience! We have been working with Charleine for the last few months selecting materials and preparing for our bathroom remodel. The remodel is nearly complete and it has been one of the best and easiest of my life (at least as far as the cabinets and fixtures go.) During the design phase Charleine detailed everything and I'm certain quite included small details I would have forgotten. Everything was well documented. The start date was pushed back, Charleine adjusted the deliveries. She checked in at least once a week once the work started. The work nearly complete, just waiting on final trim work and touch ups and my wife and are are amazed at how well it has all gone together and how nice it looks.I'd throw in a couple of bonus stars if I could.”

“I visited the sister store of The Velvet Shoestring in Williamsburg, Virginia a short while ago, and was impressed with the high quality and broad variety of furniture, art and craft pieces on display, as well as the reasonable approach to pricing. Although the shop in Wayne, PA, is smaller than the other, it still carries a large cross section of similar items, although in a much tighter space that requires some balance and dexterity to walk among. We were most interested in benches that could be used in both our living room for extra seating, and our dining room when we had more guests than our chairs could accommodate. Secondarily, we are always looking for unique Asian decor pieces to supplement our Chinese oriented home. After exploring the two floors (careful on those basement stairs), we didn't find any benches that suited our space requirements, but did look thrice at a leather love sofa, and even take its measurements. Given the pricing policy, we decided to look carefully at home to see if we could use this beautiful couch somewhere in our home and return at a specific date when the price dropped. A gamble, but we are willing to accept the risk that it may be gone. As to the Asian pieces, I was most taken with the beauty and skill of a lacquered low bench (see photo) that was nearly suitable for framing. Wife didn't see the utility of it, and thought it might suffer at the hands of visiting grandchildren. I knew better than to challenge her empress opinions, so I walked away from it. “We moved here recently from the west coast and needed pretty much everything for our new home. We found Interiors and couldn't be more thrilled. Friendly helpful staff and an excellent selection of furniture and accessories. We loved the mix of high and low price range. I can't recommend this store enough!”

“I love this store and I know what you might be thinking because of how sparse the inventory has been lately but whatever you are thinking, it’s not true. They are very much NOT closing down for good, they explained to me convincingly that they are just trying to not get stuck with too much inventory especially just for Christmas and even though I love going there every time I go because of the customer service despite the fact that they are super understaffed. Other than the handful of times that I did wait in line to be checkedppp out, it wasn’t long and it was completely necessary. This past time which was last night was even better than normal. I was helped for the most part by a guy named Will and because it was late and they weren’t too busy he was there for any questions I had and every need that game up for me. Normally I know my way around but this time i was shopping for something I had never even looked for before and he always paid attention to the front door or the counter to make sure she wasn’t missing a beat and then there was his equally amazing co worker named Siena. The reason I feel like it’s so important to actually acknowledge the workers like this is because we are now in an economy in a time where they simply almost siest to exist, so sad but true so keep it up Will and Siena. You guys are a main reason I keep coming back!P.S. I kinda find it funny that the customers who are the quickest to complain (&complain relentlessly) are almost always the ones telling their own kids that college is the only way to make something of themselves when in fact if everyone got a degree, everything as we know it would fall apart and it already has started and the world as we know it is about to fall apart disastrously.
