“We recently furnished a new house. More than double our previous house so we needed a lot and didn’t know where to start. Luckily we met our salesman/interior designer David. THE BEST! We got everything from couches to rugs to tables. I was clueless with patterns to match but David was so very helpful and helped pick patterns I wouldn’t even think of. He came out and measured around the house to make sure everything would fit perfectly and where. He was at the house for all of the major furniture delivery, made sure everything went in the right place. We will keep going back for everything we need to finish furnishing. Furniture is beautiful, well made, sturdy. Would recommend Bassett and David to everyone!”

She helped my husband and me find what we were looking for, and, when that pan turned out to be too big for our needs, Trimika went above and beyond to find something that would work for us and that was in our budget. We also asked her about other products of interest, and Trimika made sure that we had all of our questions answered thoroughly. If she didn't know the answer, she went out of her way to get the right answer from her manager, Jessica, who was also very helpful to us. The store in general was much less chaotic and disorganized than most of the other clothing shops in the mall (namely Zara). Employee was really nice and helpful getting my $5 reward to work at checkout.”
