For buyers who are interested in a seamless, guided end to end experience, this may not be your best option. Key elements of the customer experience are missing, not sure they embody the notion that sales and customer experience are intertwined.

It's an expensive furniture store. Very nice things, but you pay for quality.

I ordered 2 ottomans. They came defective and terrible quality. I tried getting in touch with customer service as per their directions that came in packing and cannot get through to anyone and they do not call back after numerous messages. Horrible customer service!
