Arhaus was amazing to working with! Especially Ellyn Van Wolaniuk. The experience was smooth and easy. I highly recommend them.

Let me start with this ... Patricia DiLullo, the Interior Designer at the KOP location, is simply exceptional. Her thoughtful, purposeful questions led her to a design a complete home furnishing plan that exceeded our expectations. It was like she could read our minds ... she has a special gift to be able to envision our preferred style based on a brief conversation. We were overwhelmed by her creativity and expertise she put forth to furnish our dream home. Moreover, the quality and beautiful craftsmanship of Arhaus furniture is absolutely top notch! We were kept in the loop regarding delivery date expectations by the Arhaus team and when the furniture was delivered it was done so with the utmost care ... simply outstanding white glove service. Patricia was there on delivery day to do all measurements to ensure placement of each item was perfect. Patricia is so talented ... she's personable, professional and simply the best at what she does! Patricia and Arhaus are the ideal combination if you are furnishing one room or an entire home.

I am only giving a one star rating because there is not an option for a negative star. Our experience has been so horrific that it would be difficult to give a synopsis.Suffice it to say that from day one, when we were given incorrect information about shipping overseas, to delivery of the furniture to our overseas shipper, nothing has been handled properly. We had to contact the store multiple times to inquire as to when our furniture would be delivered to the shipping container only to be told that a console that was part of our order was “borrowed” to fulfill another order. We continued to call to get an update. We then find out that our shipment was being held up because we owed a $100 tax since the furniture was being delivered to New Jersey. We spent quite a few thousand, so a $100 tax was not a problem HAD THIS EVER BEEN COMMUNICATED! We had to request more than once for a complete inventory of our order including prices be sent to us as we would need this for customs in the destination country. We have just now learned from the overseas shipping company that the items arrived with no labels & that they had to call Arhaus to determine what was delivered and who it was for!!! What was required for the overseas shipping company had been CLEARLY communicated to Arhaus. Our experience at KOP Arhaus had been a positive one in years past and we had no reason to believe that it would any different. We were sadly mistaken.I’m reasonably confident that if you purchase a small quantity to be delivered locally or can walk out of the store with your purchase in hand, the experience would not be as negative as ours. I can only caution “buyer beware”.Never again…

My wife and I are revamping our guest bedroom. She was looking for modern contemporary furniture with a neutral tone vibe. I was along representing the finance committee.Great experience at Arhaus in King of Prussia. The selection was incredible with samples of the various pieces of furniture, fabrics and colors available. The store floor had multiple styles of bedroom furniture in a variety of design settings. Also, my wife was looking to create a sitting area in the bedroom. All of the Arhaus inventory was readily available on the floor including bedding, seating, lighting and side tables. But the best part of the experience we had was with Austin, our sales person and Patricia the designer. Great personalities, inciteful comments on what looked good, what worked without pushing any agenda. Incredible how much they not only listened to the vision my wife expressed, but how totally involved they were in making her aware of the options and making her vision a reality. We had purchased a piece from Arhaus before for our living room and am excited for the arrival of our new bedroom set.

We recently moved into a new home and ordered living and dining room furnishings from Arhaus, KOP. The experience from start to finish has truly exceeded all of my expectations. I gave them my measurements and they designed my dream living room. I could never have picked pieces out on my own that would have fit so beautifully together. Everything we ordered came in in a timely fashion- everything! When I had questions they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We’ve been enjoying all of our furniture for several months now and are so impressed with the comfort and style of each piece. Through our move I’ve learned just how rare an experience like this is, so I had to write a review. Way to go, Arhaus!

For buyers who are interested in a seamless, guided end to end experience, this may not be your best option. Key elements of the customer experience are missing, not sure they embody the notion that sales and customer experience are intertwined.

I have purchased numerous pieces for various rooms in our home from Arhaus King of Prussia. I think the quality and style of the furniture in this store are both superb. The staff has been amazing in assisting us with selection and making sure we are completely satisfied with our purchases. I want to mention Dorothy, my salesperson and Veronica, the store manager. They have both been utterly fantastic and have gone above and beyond to make our experiences wonderful. Truly a great company, they are my first choice for home furnishing.

This is the worst store and customer service retail operation ever. I am truly disgusted by how they are still in business. Seems like they sell the cheapest crap as furniture for the highest possible price with 0 reason to. It's cheaply made crappy furniture that starts to stain and crumple up and be uncomfortable within a few months of use. When you call to make use of the additional extended warranty one purchases ( again under false sales tactics ) they don't stand behind it and state this is normal wear and tear. They will not stand behind their product, guarantee, extended warranty or anything. Stay away and save your money! Much better furniture stores in the area that have actually nice quality things.

I wish I could give no stars. Went in today because I saw dining chairs online that I wanted to see in person prior to purchasing. It was around 12:30pm, when I walked in there were no sales people on the floor nor any customers that I could see. So I perused the store, walked past the customer service desk to find one customer being helped and at least four or five sales associates behind the counter. I was on the phone with my spouse as I wanted to show them some of the items I was interested in. At this point I was only on a call. A woman came out of a side room with a customer and immediately greeted me. That was the first person to acknowledge me in the store and she was with a customer and not on the floor when I walked in. This was after five minutes of me being in the store. Then I walked past the counter again and another woman then greeted me. I can’t recall if she was there initially, but she may have been helping the one customer that was at the counter when I walked in. I walked around the store for another five minutes and looked at the stack of chairs they had on display. At no point did anyone come to me asking if I needed assistance. This is infuriating in 2023 to receive this kind of treatment in what is considered a higher end furniture store.Let me note this: I’m black and the two people that greeted me appeared to be black as well. I wonder why in a store full of associates that only two black salespeople spoke to me and acknowledged me. None of the sales associate offered me any assistance or asked if i needed help. This experience felt very racist and biased. I’m not using the term lightly or loosely but unfortunately that’s how I felt in the store because at one point, I was the only customer that I could visibly see in the store, so if not racism or bias them what was the reason no one offered assistance? The poorest of experiences I had today with Arhaus.Luckily, I went into a store in the mall immediately after that was actually swamped with customers and had thee amazing and delightful customer service experience.

It's an expensive furniture store. Very nice things, but you pay for quality.

This past year, I worked with Ellyn Van Evra at Arhaus KoP. I was originally looking for a sofa/trundle bed to put in my office. I ended up buying a new living room and family room as well. I love their furniture style, quality and functionality. I am thrilled with all of my choices.Working with Ellyn was a joy. She has a great design sense, and understood my personal style. The total experience at the store and with the staff was a pleasure from start to finish.I highly recommend Arhaus for your furniture needs.

Terrible experience at KOP store. Everything is great until you order. Significant and consistent issues start immediately after.1. Horrible Communication:The communication starts getting infrequent and incomplete. Arhaus will never take any responsibility at all for miscommunications. We designed for 2 rooms with furniture worth over $60K, lucky for us we decided to do only one room with them (still a $30 order). You will always get generic emails but covid delays blah blah. No real effort to give you relevant details.2: Terrible Delivery service:Even if you order everything at once they will deliver items piece meal or charge you to hold them. You will only know your item is getting delivered when you get non-personal emails from Ryder delivery. These are contract delivery people and dont expect great white glove service. They will call 10 mins before they are there so be ready to block the entire window period. We have 100 plus year old & historic wooden floors. The delivery people will not carry booties. I started buying booties for them.3. Low quality materials/finishes: as several other reviews on here have noted. Pretty much every single item came dinged, broken, finished improperly with either staples showing, discolored, scrapes, dents, doors out of alignment. Quality of wood (assuming it is actually wood) is like cardboard (think Amazon/wayfair/ikea furniture quality). We had to send back more than half the items because it was flimsy, terrible finishes or broken doors. Arhaus will offer to reorder that item for you but you have to wait several months for the item to get to you and no guarantee it will look any different. Or they will offer you $150 off on a $3000 item if you accept the defective item. After ordering over a year ago, still waiting on one item.3. Design. Ordered a custom table to fit 10. But the table is narrower and long enough to accommodate the extra bench that sold to us. So double check the measurements on your own.4. Other high end furniture store (ethan Allen) will only charge you as the item is ready for delivery. Arhaus charges upfront for everything.I would save your time, mental stress and anguish and you can get much better quality and service else where.

I’m honestly in shock and wondering if they’re going out of business.Over the past 6 months, I’ve purchased numerous chandeliers with no issue (totaling ~$8,500) for our new home. We realized when we moved in to our house 3 months later that they never sent a $250 sconce. Insignificant compared to the other light on that same order (which was about $2k).I emailed their support team multiple times, no response. Called support multiple times. The first time was told the carrier lost it and they’d try to find it. I gave her the facts, which were that UPS sent me the first shipping email and nothing since. No ‘out for delivery’ or delivery confirmation, which I received for all my other lights. That was over two weeks ago now. The second time, I simply asked for a refund. The woman I talked to was very nice and said she’d email me immediately confirming what we discussed. As expected, however, I received no follow up.I’m literally being scammed over $250 after spending thousands lol. It’s not even about the money at this point, just the principal. It rubbed me the wrong way the first time when they said they’d try to find it at UPS instead of just sending a new one, but I let it slide. Any rational and professional customer service team would just send a replacement light. I don’t care if UPS lost the light. Not my problem OR burden to wait while they figure it out with UPS.This is a “higher end” store and I think they just want me to forget about it. The fact that they haven’t just sent me a freaking replacement light or refund yet and are instead “investigating” for multiple weeks makes me think, at least financially, there is something going on. Unfortunately, I’ll now need to escalate this to contesting the entire order charge with my credit card company.Take one from me and shop at Restoration Hardware. That is where I get everything else and wish I had gone to for this. Much more honest, transparent, and easy to work with.

Ok I usually don't leave bad reviews but people should be aware! I see a lot of bad reviews here and I am actually surprised and already regrets my purchase! 1- issue sales person ordered the wrong color rug! After emailing them they called me back and I went to the store the next day to fix the problem! Farid took care of us( sales person never actually responded me) gave us a discount and I ended up buying a chandelier ! We bought another rug because we were told it would be the quickest thing to do and once the Right rug was delivered and put back in place and the wrong rug was picked up I would receive my refund ! No big deal since it would only take 2 weeks ! 2 new rug arrived my husband was home to receive it and the drivers simply dropped everything including a new rug pad( sales person had sold us a more expensive but a wrong pad too thick ) I got back and I couldn't believe they didn't take the first and wrong rug back ! I immediately called the store ! I was extremely upset and made it clear that rug and my refund would have to happen on that same day ! Manager couldn't get a hold of the drivers ! He himself came and picked up the wrong rug rug and pad and did things right! He deserves 5 star on the review but arhaus deserves 1 ! I spent too much to receive such bad service ! Also now I am worried since reviews shows the quality is poor and worry free warranty doesn't work! I bought 8 leather dinning chairs a table a rug and a chandelier! If the worry free doesn't work and the quality is poor what are we supposed to do if I face problems within the 5 yers warranty ?! Love their stuff but probably won't ever buy it there anymore !
