“I would rate this Allen Edmonds store, especially this store and its assistant store manager Tim Fournier, as one of the best experiences I have had in recent memory at an in-person retail store. As a newer Allen Edmonds shoe wearer with little to no experience wearing these types of shoes, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and subject matter expertise by the store's assistant manager, Tim Fournier. For someone who is used to wearing dress shoes from Walmart, this was a significant change for me. Tim made it easy by providing honest options of shoes and colors based on my daily needs. He also provided ways to maintain my shoes in ways I had no idea. You would be surprised by some of the differences in wearing real leather shoes! Overall if you are on the fence about buying Allen Edmonds my recommendation is to visit this store and ask for Tim you won't regret it.-Proud owner of 2 pairs of park ave dress shoes”

“Absolutely amazing experience at this Jimmy Choo location! My sister and I drove 2 hours here just because the reviews were so great compared to other locations near us. Well, it was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive. Every single person who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. Jimmy was our sales associate and he was AH-MAZING. I came to get my wedding shoes, which I had been researching for a while now. He made sure to ask all the questions and pulled many options. I never felt pressured and he was so fun to talk to. I ended up getting my dream shoes! Because they didn’t have my size in the shoe at the store, Jimmy had to order them and assured me they will be perfect when they arrive, which I know they will be. This trip was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend coming to this location if you want to go to a Jimmy Choo store. We will be back!”

“I bought dress shoes online initially, which looked and fit great. Wide sizes were easy to find. I got a stain on one of the shoes so rather than get the wrong product, I went into the store to ask about shoe care. Topanga, the manager, was very enthusiastic about helping me get the right shoe care products and how to use them. She even helped me get the right product for another pair of leather shoes I have. I took the shoes in with me so she could determine what the best products were for it. So glad I stopped in vs just guessing and potentially ruining my shoes! They look as good as new now! Highly recommend!”

“I have been shopping Marmi shoes for about 20 years. I got hooked on them because they offer such great style in a large variety of widths. I recently visited the store at King of Prussia Mall for the first time and Sue the Manager took great care of me!! She was helpful, personal and very efficient. I drove about 2 hours to get there and it was well worth the trip. I love the fashion sense they offer - both in comfortable casual as well as professional work heels. If you have a narrow or wide foot - this is the store to shop. I used to travel into NYC to their store as it was the closest but King of Prussia PA will be my new stomping grounds. Than you Sue!!”

“The first one I arrived at the store to pick up my order. I was sad. My order had been put back the day before but I had never been notified that it ever even arrived at the store. But then one of the managers helped me and they were able to ship me the item at no charge to my house and it made everything so much better. Because I did not want to go back to the King of Prussia Mall. It's a madhouse, especially this time of year. So shot out to Bella I believe her name was.”

“Honestly, I typically dread the mall. But, since I happened to be there last week, I decided to stop in at Neiman Marcus to see if I could get some new cologne. The associate at the fragrance section, Kelly, was immediately helpful. And she was knowledgeable and very friendly. Although I knew what I wanted (and found it for a very reasonable price!), Kelly introduced me to other possibilities, some of which I now anticipate trying at some point. All this to say that despite my initial hesitancy to the mall, Neiman Marcus now will be my go to store for cologne, at least. And I'm certain I'll end up browsing other departments while there.”

“Just went to Clark’s last night at the King of Prussia mall looking for shoes for my fiancé and I for our engagement photos. We’ve never shopped at a Clark’s before but noticed a ton of options that we loved as we walked by. We ended up finding an amazing pair of shoes for my fiancé that were stylish and comfortable and we will for sure be buying more of this brand in the future but I cannot stress enough how we will be specifically buying them from this store in the future because of our salesman, Mike. “I am from Boston area and needed a few more days clothes and a dressier outfit. I’m am very familiar with JJILL and have visited many locations. I’m bigger on top than bottom. I can wear anything from a size pm to a xl , consequently I take lots of sizes in the dressing room. The staff was incredibly helpful in theelimination process , helping me look for sizes and colors, gently suggesting and not pushy or hovering. I especially liked that the staff worked together well.
