In addition to the fitting they walked us through the clubs and key differentials with the brand. Amazing experience and looking forward to a return visit.”

“I went to the Exton Mall location to browse and was immediately greeted by the two people working. They were so friendly and welcoming. I ended up buying a hoodie and was talking to the tall blonde (I think?) guy working. He was just so sweet. I was saying how my daughter and I would be sharing the hoodie I was buying, and he told me his mom had lost weight and that she wears some of his shirts. He just seemed so proud of her and the way he spoke of her gave me the warm fuzzies. I had been running around like crazy all day trying to find all of the accessories for my daughter's first dance and was tired and stressed. I'm so glad I decided to drop in for a quick look because I left with a smile on my face. I'll be back (because I love hot topic) and hopefully he's working! ?”

“You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”

“L.L. Bean is just simply the best store out there. I wish there were locations everywhere, but this one in particular was great. It did seem to be a little behind in stock in terms of having the newest product in store in comparison to other stores we had been to, but it’s all still amazing products. “Nova is the best! I ordered pants online and when they arrived, found out they didn’t fit correctly. I made the mistake of not emailing to return immediately and by the time I got around to it, my return window had closed. I reached out to customer service, who said there was nothing they could do. As a last effort I visited the the exton store and spoke to Nova. She said she could provide store credit and then helped me get the right size and type of replacement pants, even ordering them for me online. Could not have been a better experience. Amazing customer service!”

“This store in a sentence: how the upscale moneyed set looks like they're outdoorsy without actually being outdoorsy. Or: decor, gear and outfits for entertaining at the "cabin" in the Berkshires. Tucked into a shopping center off busy Lancaster Ave/ US -30 in Paoli sits Trove General Store. It's a beautifully merchandised, well laid out store featuring warm brown tones against cool gray, some "vintage" style accents, mix of clothing, decor and housewares. None of this is "general store" unless you've got a cozy 6 bedroom cabin or a chalet at Aspen. You want to look outdoorsy without being outdoorsy- catered clamping is roughing it. Everything is lovely, and $55 is a sale price for a shirt. Three melamine stacking trays in different sizes will run you $85. Spotted a thick book on how to go camping that will not help you go camping but will look great on a shelf or a side table. Expensive, tasteful, fun to visit. I am not their customer.”
