“From the moment I arrived the customer service was excellent. I was greeted by Staff in a timely manner. I've only been playing a few years and was a bit nervous going into the fitting just because I didn't know what to expect. My friend Pat had been fit at this store recently and had nothing but good things to say about it. I can now say I agree with him 100%. Mike was my Mastet Fitter and from the moment i started warming up to my last swing of the iron I was testing, it was a great experience. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to and took time to explain everything I was seeing on the screen as well as answering any questions I had. I was incredibly satisfied and will be back for a putter, long game and driver fitting with Mike in the coming weeks. Thanks again Mike, keep up the great work!!!”

“Hugh was absolutely wonderful with my 92 year old mother! Absolutely so professional and respectful with her, and the 3 visits we needed to make sure the shoes she chose were fitted properly were so worth it! He was so accommodating of the difficulties she has with ambulating!Previously my mother was barely able to walk due to the pain of deep corns on the balls of her feet. Despite every 5 week visits with podiatrists, she had pain just a few weeks after her podiatry visits. Now due to the proper shoes and custom made inserts she’s not experiencing any of the pain she’d had previously! The proper shoes and custom inserts made all the difference!Thank you Hugh! I got a stain on one of the shoes so rather than get the wrong product, I went into the store to ask about shoe care. Topanga, the manager, was very enthusiastic about helping me get the right shoe care products and how to use them. She even helped me get the right product for another pair of leather shoes I have. I took the shoes in with me so she could determine what the best products were for it. So glad I stopped in vs just guessing and potentially ruining my shoes! They look as good as new now! Highly recommend!”

“I went in to use my $15 rewards. It honestly is what made me go over for the day. I found a nice pair of sneakers and was looking forward to using my discount.Unfortunately when I showed my email. I had mistaken the date and it expired the day before. The cashier was like I'm sorry that stinks, I'd be so mad. Then she unexpectedly said let me use this code it will give you $10 off. I was beyond happy and grateful. Thank you for having wonderful staff. Even though it was my mistake on the date of expiration the cashier made me enjoy my experience. “I had never heard of Vionic and stopped in while shopping in the area. Much to my surprise I was looking for just that, a supportive shoe for my trip after an ankle injury. Jeff greeted me with enthusiasm and plenty of knowledge about the brand I had never heard of. Jeff asked me a few questions and asked if he could measure my foot and if he could take the initiative of pulling some items for me to try. I sincerely appreciated his approach of asking as he was not wanting to be pushy and setting a boundary for me to decide. He was so helpful and understanding of my likes and dislikes. I could not have asked for a better experience at this store. I felt like Jeff kind of brought back this old school retail customer service that was above and beyond if that makes sense. “I would rate this Allen Edmonds store, especially this store and its assistant store manager Tim Fournier, as one of the best experiences I have had in recent memory at an in-person retail store. As a newer Allen Edmonds shoe wearer with little to no experience wearing these types of shoes, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and subject matter expertise by the store's assistant manager, Tim Fournier. For someone who is used to wearing dress shoes from Walmart, this was a significant change for me. Tim made it easy by providing honest options of shoes and colors based on my daily needs. He also provided ways to maintain my shoes in ways I had no idea. You would be surprised by some of the differences in wearing real leather shoes! Overall if you are on the fence about buying Allen Edmonds my recommendation is to visit this store and ask for Tim you won't regret it.-Proud owner of 2 pairs of park ave dress shoes”

I can wear anything from a size pm to a xl , consequently I take lots of sizes in the dressing room.
