Not because of price, but because they gained my trust.”

“I have been going to Chuck since 2005. He has always done great work on any vehicle I have taken to him. Most recently he corrected a faulty repair that was done on my 2018 Audi by another shop in the area that had caused me months of headache due to consistent antifreeze leaks. He is very knowledgeable and very fairly priced. My whole family takes their vehicles to him. Honestly, he is the only mechanic I can trust with my cars.”

“I’ve taken my car here for repairs/service a few times. This time I was told for what needed to be fixed would usually take 3 days. After the diagnostic I was told it would be 2 weeks. They no longer offer loaner cars and I would need to pay at least $25 a day for a rental. Lucky I was able to use a family members car. Fast forward 2 weeks and 4 days I call and was told it would be another 2-3 days. I’m just a little sad there was no communication the entire 3 weeks they had my car.”

“Update a staff member was able to make this situation right when I went in the other day. I very much appreciate their ability to find a way to get to the same result I had hoped for. Still giving 4 stars because I was forced to make a sink to get the result.I would give zero stars if I could. Our kid was sick so my wife ended up having to be the one to pick up the car and pay after maintenance. I had intended to use a coupon. I called the next morning to see if I could apply the coupon. They said the boss said no it had to be applied at purchase and couldn't change that in their system. I know payment processing systems enough to know they could have if they wanted to. So I must conclude they just didn't want to. Not doing good by a customer that just spent a lot of money.”
