“This was my first visit to Discount Tire. I'd like to start out by saying that I am very impressed with Mr. Ace Cruz, the Senior Assistant Manager. He helped me get the exact tires and wheels that I wanted. I initially placed my order on-line. There were delays in receiving the tires and wheels due the recent snow and ice storms. This was not Discount Tire's fault. The tires I wanted were either sold out or on back order from the MANY other retailers that I shopped at before making my Discount Tire purchase. Not only did Discount Tires have them, but I got them at a great price. The same was true of the wheels. These were a clearance item and I wanted them for my winter tires. Mr. Cruz was able to get them for me as well. In addition he kept me informed of the progress of the tires and wheels being shipped across the country. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told it would take about an hour to install the wheels and tires, which it did. While I was there waiting, I had the opportunity to watch all of the staff members interact with their customers both in person and on the phone. Once again, I was very impressed with excellent customer service that the staff was providing to their customers. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. It was obvious that they do care about their customers and that they would do anything and everything in their power to help their customers get what they wanted and needed. So, I went ahead and bought a second set of tires for our SUV at that appointment, as I found out that our current tires were running very low on tread. Normally I would have shopped around, as I had until April to find those tires. However, after receiving excellent customer service myself and watching others get the same, I decided that this Discount Tire location is my new place to buy all of my tires. Thanks again Ace! You are the reason that I will be buying tires for all of my vehicles at Discount Tire. I really appreciate the fact that you really went out of your way to help me. I really appreciate it!”

“The crew at the Salem location is so great! They treated me with respect and were very thorough in fixing the issues my car had. I had a terrible experience at the Keizer location and came into this shop with low expectations due to how I was was treated at the Keizer location. The communication and transparency here were fantastic and they made me feel like they truly cared about getting my car fixed correctly. I was never treated like I was a burden and they did such an amazing job at fixing all the issues caused by the “repairs” from the Keizer location. They also took the time to make sure my car didn’t have any other problems that were unsafe for me. “The bane of every traveler-the red tire pressure light goes on! You exit the freeway, stop at a gas station, and hope you can find a tire repair place open late on the day before Thanksgiving. We roll into Les Schwab, and there’s a guy out at our car looking at the tires before you can say Jumping Jehoshaphat. We explained we were almost at the end of a 1000 mile trip, and they checked all the tires, added air and took one off to soap it up and really give it a look. Les Schwab with that act of kindness just made a customer for life out of me!”

“Huge shoutout to Andre & his crew! They were truly lenient with my situation despite being on a tight budget, I had no other local place for help besides them. Unfortunately my car was sitting for over 2 months in the shop due to repairing. They asked to bring in my vehicle & Andre was genuine enough to cautiously observe the issue thinking it was flat, luckily in this case it was just my rim not properly sealed. They did my rotations & inflated all 4 tires! I was initially going to pay $80 for a new tire, Instead I paid $20 + $10 tip for Andre’s assistance. “I had a great first experience at Ledoux's last week! I don't remember the name of the gentleman who scheduled my appointment but he was very friendly and polite. He got me an appointment first thing the following day. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Wendy who was so helpful and welcoming! She asked if I wanted a diagnostic run, I declined as I had a pretty good idea of what was going on, she informed me of the standard shop fee, then she let me know that they would call me with a quote once they sourced an alternator for me. Not even 30 minutes later Wendy called back with a quote, confirmed I didn't want a diagnostic, and that was that! I was able to pick up my car later the same day and things have been working great ever since. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and honest. I'll definitely be coming back to this shop if I need further repairs!”

I popped my tire on my way out of Costco gas station at 8:15 am, slowly drove over to the tire center to wait until they opened at 9:30 to get some help since it was pouring rain. Mike happened to see me drive by and offered to open up the garage early to get my spare on. I think he would’ve helped me get a new tire but I’d made a big dent in my wheel. I’m so appreciative of his help, he totally saved my day when he absolutely didn’t have to.”
