“Tony gave a me a very competitive price on a complete rebuild of the automatic transmission in my 1999 Isuzu Rodeo, a notoriously difficult transmission to work on. In fact, other shops quoted me prices $700-$1200 higher. The work was done in exactly one week. They ended up replacing a couple of extra parts and making a small upgrade. The price was only $25 over the estimate. I was able to talk to mechanic who did the work and he showed me the worn parts and he explained what was wrong and exactly what he did. The transmission works flawlessly, so far. The experience was great, until the end. Tony was professional and honest, but when he ran my credit card, there was a surprise $125 dollar "credit card fee" added on. Considering how much money I saved, I shouldn't complain, but It was an unexpected charge. 4.5 stars.”

“So glad I checked Yelp! My former go-to auto body place (Lovegrove) is now under new ownership and apparently terrible. I tried Freeman on a hope and a prayer... the bumper of my minivan ripped off (don't ask) and I didn't want to file a claim, just wanted to pay cash. These guys were great, the bumper is completely like new, you'd never know it suffered a mishap. Had to take a star for communication. I was primarily emailing (I called once and was told to email)... Was told Thursday that my car was due to be ready Friday afternoon. I showed up right after work (I'm a teacher and don't check my personal email during the day) and there was a delay (Covid related supply chain thing)... they should've called. They knew it too, and apologized, and paid for a Lyft for me and my kids back to South Salem. Communication blip notwithstanding, I would use them again in a heartbeat. (Also, even though I clearly have a well loved minivan and this car lot is filled with Maseratis and Audis, they treated me completely respectfully and professionally. If I ever need an Audi, I will check this place first!!)”

My vehicle was towed to them within a few days of my initial phone call, diagnosed within 24hrs and they began working on it immediately following.Normally I am uncomfortable with shops touching my vehicles, but I felt like I had walked into that type of family shop, greeted by a friendly dog and family like demeanor.Lots of laughs, humor about the transmission fix and within 3 days I have my vehicle back in my possession, with a smile on my face.I will be back for all of my auto-tragic needs, and I know I'll be taken care of.Thank you all for your hard work and great experience!-Samantha with "that damn Tahoe"”

“I took a vehicle in to Real Tech about 10+ years ago and had a great experience. Fast forward to a new vehicle and decided to return to Real Tech.The shop staff are great. They perform their work quickly and the suggestions are clearly listed. The color coding on the suggestions is appreciated to give it a visual as to what is ok or what needs work.Pricing is fair and there are oil change specials that are run which is nice. “I had a great first experience at Ledoux's last week! I don't remember the name of the gentleman who scheduled my appointment but he was very friendly and polite. He got me an appointment first thing the following day. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Wendy who was so helpful and welcoming! She asked if I wanted a diagnostic run, I declined as I had a pretty good idea of what was going on, she informed me of the standard shop fee, then she let me know that they would call me with a quote once they sourced an alternator for me. Not even 30 minutes later Wendy called back with a quote, confirmed I didn't want a diagnostic, and that was that! I was able to pick up my car later the same day and things have been working great ever since. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and honest. I'll definitely be coming back to this shop if I need further repairs!”

“I’ve taken my car here for repairs/service a few times. This time I was told for what needed to be fixed would usually take 3 days. After the diagnostic I was told it would be 2 weeks. They no longer offer loaner cars and I would need to pay at least $25 a day for a rental. Lucky I was able to use a family members car. Fast forward 2 weeks and 4 days I call and was told it would be another 2-3 days. I’m just a little sad there was no communication the entire 3 weeks they had my car.”
