On the phone I could tell his honesty and sincerity. He didn't have a spot for a few days but if I got it in he'd take a look as much as he could through the day. It didn't take too long to really assess my situation and they helped me out with all I needed without over charging at all or even give a hint of trying to take advantage. It was the opposite.
